The Space:

The Penthouse is located on the 3rd and top floor of a charming small building accessible via a private elevator.



On the main level on the 3rd floor, you’ll find a triple living room, 2 double bedrooms, a separate bathroom, 2 separate toilets, a walk-in closet, and a laundry room.

A living area in a sunroom (ideal for the summer months) opens onto an outdoor terrace of about 10 square meters.



A staircase leads to the master suite on the 4th floor, which features a bedroom, a bathroom, and an office area that also serves as a sun deck.

By walking through this veranda, you’ll reach a large terrace of about 25 square meters that overlooks a quiet, tree-lined courtyard.



We’ll provide hotel-quality bed linens and towels, as well as NUXE shampoo and soap samples, upon your arrival.
