There's a wide choice of shops and restaurants nearby.
The apartment comprises 1 bedroom and a large living area with a fully equipped kitchen.
On entering the apartment you'll find :

Conveniently situated in the vibrant 19th arrondissement, our duplex is easily accessible from various transportation hubs. Here's how to reach us:
From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG):
Take the RER B train towards Robinson/Saint-RĂ©my-lĂšs-Chevreuse and disembark at Gare du Nord.
Transfer to Metro Line 5 heading to Bobigny - Pablo Picasso.
Exit at either Ourcq or LaumiĂšre station, both a short walk from our duplex.
From Orly Airport (ORY):
Board the Orlyval light rail to Antony station.
Switch to the RER B train towards AĂ©roport Charles de Gaulle/Mitry â Claye and alight at Gare du Nord.
Follow the directions from Gare du Nord as mentioned above.
Nearby Public Transport:
Metro Stations: Ourcq and LaumiĂšre on Line 5 are conveniently located nearby, providing easy access to Paris's iconic landmarks.
Bus Stops: The 19th arrondissement is served by numerous bus lines, offering seamless connectivity to various parts of the city.

If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.
Family-Friendly Services:
If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice) and subject to availability, we'll happily provide these.
Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is from 2:00 pm.
For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges.
Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of âŹ250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Key Management policy
Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): âŹ80 fee.
Lost keys: âŹ80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement â ranging from âŹ100 to âŹ2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: âŹ90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: âŹ450.
Responsibilities and Guidelines:
We would like to inform you that facade renovation work on the building is ongoing during an indefinite period, for which we cannot assume responsibility.
Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.
Internet Access:
Kindly avoid unauthorized online activities. We're not responsible for connection malfunctions.
We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 21 years. Individuals under the age of 21 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
