“Our room was nice. The shower was not well cleaned. Hair and dirt on the ground. Someone was having a party in the pool although we had to sign a contract saying “no parties”. In the morning, there was no free breakfast nor could we order fresh breakfast. We were offered the usual continental buffet for nearly $20.”

“Will never stay here again. We stay at mostly Hampton Inns for ball tournaments all over Canada and the US and most are great. Not this one! Our room was damp and reeked of mildew and mold. The carpet was wet the whole weekend, the beds and pillows were damp and gross. We all got sick after day 2. Disgusting. No room service, fresh towels, toilet paper or tissues for a 3 night stay. Had to call the front desk 3 times for towels, facecloths and toilet paper (once at 4am!) and was told come down...

“Clean room, however not enough space in a king room. One person fine, two are on top of each other. You could hear everything above, below and beside you when people about about. View was great, tv was very large so great. I did not try out the breakfast bar. Loved the proxmity to the mall. Walkable. Staff was very accommodating. All in all the experience was really good and and I will choose the hotel again when I am in Columbus.”

“Very decent place considering the price! We stayed for sonic temple so we spent more time outside of the hotel than we did in it. It is a comfortable place to stay! The area is nice, and the staff were friendly when we interacted with them. The main room was quite cleanly however the bathroom could use a little work, and the bathroom door did not work correctly but it wasn't a problem as I was staying with my partner.”

“Clean rooms. Staff ok. Night crew nice, although we didn’t get the room we paid for. Paid for a king and got 2 queens (which were less than the king). They blamed it on Expedia not have g the correct info and then told us the room cost the same because it was on the second floor (made no sense!) Breakfast was great. Parking lot a little tore up. But place was a good place to stay.”

“Pictures online are highly doctored, when you pull up it looks nothing like what is shown on the listing. Was probably once a great spot, everything is ALMOST really nice. Dirty and out dated. Price point was probably fair, we thought we were getting a deal, but when we got there we understood why it was priced where it was.”

“There was none of the usual things you find in a hotel room, there was no soap in the bathroom, no blow drier, there was nothing to make coffee with in the morning. There wasn’t a closet and the bathroom sink table was duck taped. The place is in need of some repairs. The ice machine also didn’t work.”
