“This place was terrific. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. The cleanliness of the place was impressive. Most of all we appreciated the fact that we could shuttle to the airport. For the money we couldn’t find another hotel that provided that service. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers flying in and out of Kansas City international”

“I usually leave good reviews, but I would never come back here. GOOD things: Night staff was helpful & nice, the sheets were clean, bed comfortable, A/C, shower, and TV worked, Parking was easy. NOT GOOD things: The lobby smelled like a bad bathroom when we walked in. “Even though summer had come early with very hot weather the pool was emty. That was no good guestservice and we were very disappointed. The staff at the reception was behind glass like a bank and the breakfast area was locked. In the morning you had to get a coupong for the breakfast and there was a man collected the coupong by the door. In the area with fontaine there was a few people sounded load and seems to have had been drinking to much. The hole area gav a feeling of unsecurity. ”

“No other way to say it: This is a dive. I rated it "Okay" only in the sense that our rental car was not broken into and it was not so loud that we couldn't sleep. There is a handwritten sign on the ck-in window to the effect that "weekly & monthly" residents are subject to higher security deposits. (We saw some of this clientele---ouch!) The wall joints are cracking and the furniture is "war surplus". It's a "Motel 6", I know, but I've come to expect a more consistent, reliable budget product...
