“Staffs are very friendly and always ready to help with anything. The most i like bapu this property is the area where its located, its very quite area, no traffic noise and avle to sleep peacefully in the night.”

“This is truly an excellent 5 star hotel. Amazing service all around. Very helpful staff. The Crown Towers is located in a hotel komlex connected to a casino. Even though the hotel supply a shuttle service to Mall of Asia and other locations the hotel is an hour from where everything happens in Manila. Traffic is horribel. The breakfast is not a buffé. You have to order from a menu. My overall experience was very good but this is probably not the hotel of choice if you want to see Manila city.”

“Dålig städning och det stod att frukost ingick, vi bokade 2 vuxna o 2 barn men fick bara 2 frukost? Vattnet i duschen rann åt fel håll så man kunde inte gå in på toaletten utan att bli blöt. Annars ett helt ok boende med bra läge. ”

“An apartment. Very good way to try the units if you're looking to buy one in the area. Great area with everything i needed nearby. A grocer shop, a laundry shop and a few restaurant (maybe the pools too). Took this one because it was close to mall of asia and the airport. The check in was a bit of a challenge though. Didn't get an email from the proprietors about how to check in so i had to wait in the lobby. The women who welcomed us and showed to the room was lovely though. It's an...

“Check in / front desk and guards are very helpful and they always greeted you with a smile. The place is very clean and new, just a simple suggestions, it would be nice if there’s a kitchen towel, pot holder to use inside the unit and instead of a small oven toaster, i think microwave will be more useful and additional socket adaptor for small kitchen appliances would be better as well, but overall experinece is excellent! The operator is also very considerate, almost forgot to mention that! ...

“Kort övernattning inför vidare resa. Förväntningar: Säng, badrum, tak över huvudet. Uppfyllde förväntningarna. Gratis transport till och från flygplatsen fungerade mycket bra. Inga problem med att vi behövde åka från hotellet kl 3 på morgonen. Hotellet ligger i ett kvarter försett med vakt vid infarten. Flera restauranger i byggnaderna intill.”
