“The Hotel itself was not as depicted in the online photos, both indoor and outdoor were very unappealing. I booked the King Suite with jetted hot tub. During check in the staff were very condescending and rude as well as unhelpful. The walk to the room was very eye opening. Trash bins in the hall full of garbage. The reek of marijuana and the stench of mildew”

“Nice comfy bed. Good that they have a fridge and a stove and microvave, allthough you have to pay to get the essentials like plates, forks, fryingpans and so on... Most of the staff were vey nice! There was one lady in the reception that had kind of like an attitude, maybe she was on her period? Otherwise walking disstance from the univeristy of Michigan wich was the most important thing to me!”

“Overall 5/10. The building is old and therefore has some old building problems so I’m not going to discredit the owners for that. This hotel is rather inexpensive which I appreciated and the staff were nice. The hotel was dirty and the room wasn’t great either. There were burn marks on the nightstand and whoever reserved the room before us had tampered with the smoke detector. The sheets were clean and bug free, which is why we chose to stay instead of going somewhere else.”

“I am local but had to book a room due to my power being out on the hottest day of the year so far. I needed a pet-friendly hotel. My dog is afraid of tile floors and trying to get him to our room was impossible. He's over 60 pounds and I couldn't carry him over the tiles along with my luggage. Our front desk greeter graciously offered to carry my scared pup to our room, and was successful in doing so. He deposited my scared pup to the door, brushed off the abundance of dog hair that...

“The room was horrible. The dresser needs to be thrown out it’s old and out dated . The tub was black. It need a whole makeover.”

“I gave 3 stars for amenities. They have a great gym and a very nice pool. The pool was closed for maintenance the entire week From what I understand they couldn’t get the chemical levels right. Disappointing for me as the pool was one of deciding factors on booking this hotel. The staff is super nice and accommodating, the breakfast selection is very good and the lady is constantly restocking everything. I would definitely stay here again but I will make sure the pool is in working condition.”

“Nicole at the front desk was very nice and professional. We had an issue with the first room, and she gave us a new one right away. The pool area was small but nice. The breakfast was good”

“Ok Hotel but some things seemed run down and lacking. Room had a strong smell of cleaners, there were holes in the carpet, the shower drain was plugged. The rooms are not too insulative from hallway noise nor outside.”
