“the hotel is very bad and it is not clean at all, and smelly”

“The hotel is easy to find and holds good quality. Cleaning very good of the room and comfortable bed even if I dont really appreciate that the blanket just has a sheet over and not is really "tucked in/covered". Parking is free but was difficult to find when it was a wedding/event at the hotel during the w-e. Took a package with breakfast included, do not recommend that, below average regarding service and quality of breakfast and in the end was charged for breakfast and took long time to sort...

“This was a good, basic hotel. We stayed for 3 nights as we toured Detroit and it worked well for us. The complimentary breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. I would recommend this hotel.”

“Absolute terribly, people doing dru-gs in the parking. Toilet had full yellow pee in it and pubic hair. Asked hotels.com to check out because I didn’t feel safe and get my money back, only late cancellation fee was gonna apply but then after a few days they pulled it anyway. Dont trust hotels.com . Make sure they document before doing anything next time so you have it on paper Just for your information pots and pans are an extra cost. No cook with grease is in no information mentioned either!!”

“The property needs some upgrades. The beds are basic and not that comfortable (we both woke up with back aches). Our bathroom was not cleaned well, as there was hair in the shower and on the floor that wasn't mine. Also, the toilet would barely flush the first day and completely stopped flushing the second day. We left the keys on the entertainment center and left around 9:30am the day of checkout. The hotel called around noon and asked if we were checking out or staying longer. I recommend...

“Only more affordable place I will stay at as a woman alone. Always clean, beds are comfortable, bathrooms are clean. Convenient location. ”

“The hotel was just okay. Smelled like pot in the hallway. Clean but old and beat up in some areas. The furniture was new. The kitchen was tired. The exterior of the fridge was scratched and rusty. The coffee maker was broken. The pull out was hard as heck. Not a normal mattress. More like a hard hard futon. The bathroom needs a new tub and the mirror wasn't in great shape. The staff at the desk were friendly. Breakfast was well stocked. It was good for what we needed. ...

“Advertise a pool and fitness room, which they did not have. Those amenities are why i chose to spend more money. I could have saved a lot of money at a hotel who didn't offer that to start with. I was not informed ahead of time those amenities were not available. ”

“Nice comfy bed. Good that they have a fridge and a stove and microvave, allthough you have to pay to get the essentials like plates, forks, fryingpans and so on... Most of the staff were vey nice! There was one lady in the reception that had kind of like an attitude, maybe she was on her period? Otherwise walking disstance from the univeristy of Michigan wich was the most important thing to me!”
