“The property was in a good location. Being picked up at the airport upon arrival was great. Manager did not speak english and failed to mention that dishes for the kitchen were actually in our room. We were not told in advance about the cultural show. There was only a sign in Spanish on the day it took place, so we missed it. The batheoom was extremely small. No bar soap or shampoo available. “Beautiful hotel with a lovely garden full of plants and flowers. There's also a pool and pool area that you're allowed to use, that's very welcoming since some days are extremely hot in Easter Island. Breakfast is buffet style and quite good for South American standards. Unfortunately breakfast doesn't open until 8.30 which is very late. But the problem is that pretty much all the guests arrived for breakfast at 8.30 every morning only to find that breakfast wasn't ready. And the staff kept...

“Bit of a mix up with the airport pick-up. Although I emailed my flight number and ETA (and received a reply) it hadn't been noted down. Profuse apologies. Ground floor room was basic but clean. Sitting area outside was a sun trap. Small pool was clean and sunny. Safe worked ok. WiFi had intermittent internet connection (but so does the whole island). Breakfast was adequate.
