Charmigt strandhus på Davis Park, Fire Island Community. Bara en 20 minuters färjetur från Patchoque. Nyrenoverat, vackert inredda hem med klass och komfort. En sommarresa reträtt. 4 sovrum / 2 badrum plus extra privat utomhusdusch på bakdäck.

Allt kök, badkar och badfaciliteter ingår. Öppen layout med underhållande kök och bänkskiva med upp till 8 personer. Uteplats och extra matbord, stor gasgrill, solterrass med utsikt över havet och bukten, utomhusdusch. Luftkonditionering och takfläktar.

GiGi was very accommodating and welcomed us personally. The house had everything we needed, all we had to do was bring food! Washer & dryer, outdoor shower... SO glad we picked it. We had a great stay and would gladly recommend this house.

Amazing beach Getaway

I love this house, it's the perfect beach house and just steps away form the beach. The spacious outdoor space is amazing with no wind. It was perfect for laying in the sun and reading my book, all while my husband was grilling steaks on the BBQ. At sunset, we poured a glass of wine and watch the sunset on the roof deck. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean with a touch of hominess. The towels perfectly rolled with cute little soaps in the bathrooms. We played cards and board games we found under the bed and yes, I won! So my husband lost the bet and had to do the dishes for 3 days after we got home. Win Win! There were a ton of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and beach toys for the perfect beach day. the beach is just 1 or 2 minute walk from the house. Best part of the house is the silence, its great to wake up to sound of birds (or a dear chewing leaves in the backyard). Davis park is great for families and couples looking for some quite time. We loved the silence of the island, it was so serene. It makes for the perfect short vacation away form the craziness of Manhattan. We went fishing and calming after speaking to some locals, all was very unsuccessful but very entertaining lol. We did have fun one night at the Casino bar which stays open late on weekends ;-) ...and you can walk 20min to Watch Hill marina along the boardwalk or beach for another bar/restaurant that plays live music in the summer. PS: Davis park has its own doctor on call which is great. I went to go see him for a minor scrape and he patched me up. all free of charge since its part of the homeowner association he said.

A great week

This was our third time staying at Seatrain. We love the house. The location has easy access to the beach. He house is well equipped. Your every need has been anticipated. We love the back deck, especially the privacy it provides. We also enjoyed watching the sunset from the rooftop deck.

A Blessed Week with family.

Thank you to Gigi and Bob for making our family vacation week on Davis Park so special. It is a home not a beach house. My husband and I have stayed on Davis Parks many times and love the carefree feeling. We planned a week with my son and daughter in law and 2 granddaughters, I wanted them to experience the same relaxed feeling. They did ! Gigi and Bob provided everything we needed. The home is fully equipped with towels, beach chairs and even a cart to transport umbrellas and sand toys ( which were also there) down to ocean , which is only a quick walk. My husband would set up every morning and the rest of us could come and go as we needed. Outside shower was a treat for the little girls and myself. My daughter and grandson docked their boat over on Watch Hill and would meet us at the beach every day. And in the evening we would take a walk back to Watch Hill with them. We did have a nice family dinner at the Casino one evening. Only needed to bring some food. Kitchen was fully equipped. House was immaculate, and the air conditioning was an added bonus we weren’t expecting. Especially since it was a extremely hot and humid week. It is so nice to be so close to home, but feel a million miles away. When my son had a work emergency, he was able to get on the ferry and make it back to Nassau County. Can’t wait to plan next years trip. Love the house.

This was our second year at Seatrain. We love the location, the kitchen and the updates.

The house is filled with many thoughtful amenities. EVery need has been anticipated. We particularly enjoyed the back deck with it's privacy with access to the rooftop deck. I would highly recommend the Seatrain to all

Great location on Fire Island!

My family and I had a wonderful time during our stay here. The house had everything you could possibly want or need and it was immaculate when we got there. My grandsons were thrilled to be so close to the ocean and the bay. The adults enjoyed the open plan of the house that made cooking and being together so easy. The roof deck was the icing on the cake! A drink on the roof at sunset was lovely! I look forward to staying here again.

beautuful home!

The family is so nice. Totally accommodating to our family. They had all the amenities of a home. Tons of supplies, utensils, towels, etc. really a good find. House was spotless and updated. What a beautiful place! So glad we found this nice little spot at Davis Park!

This is a home away from home!

I have rented many years on Davis Park and this was truly a home, not your typical beach house. We were eight women and there was a bed to accommodate all of us. We especially loved the outdoor shower; never used the ones indoors. Ample eating space both indoors and outside. Fully equipped kitchen so all you need is food. Short walk to the beach. On the weekends there is a family who sell fresh vegetables around the block on Dune Walk so that was a bonus. His fresh lettuce and corn were wonderful. Also want to thank Gigi and Bob who met us at the dock to help transport our things to the house. Bob was kind enough to help one of our friends who has a wheel chair to get to the house. Thanks again Gigi and Bob.
