“This location is falsely advertised on booking websites and does not provide clear and transparent description of where it is located. We were charged for a room the was not utilized. The location displayed on the booking websites shows in Raches but it is actually located in Agios Kirykos. This was only discovered after a non-refundable booking was completed. Horrible experience - PLEASE stay away. ”

“Nestled in Chora, this house is just a short walk to the monastery and cave, making it a perfect base for exploring Patmos. Easily accessible by taxi or bus from Patmos Skala port, it’s a quick downhill stroll with some steps from the Chora main square. The house is fully equipped with all essentials, and the host was incredibly helpful. The air-conditioned upper-level bedroom added extra comfort. There are two fans in the house too! We loved every moment of our stay! ”

“Very quiet location and exactly as described. Ideally situated on the beach, near a taverna with delicious dishes.The hosts are absolutely lovely and full of kind gestures: ice cream and fruit at the end of the day when we returned from excursions, and always available to answer any questions. Truly adorable! I highly recommend this accommodation. Many thanks to the hosts!”

“Wir haben das Appartement sehr genossen. Es ist großzügig und sehr dezent und schön eingerichtet. Die Lage in diesem alten Viertel war ruhig. Wir hatten ein gutes Check in. Die Abreisezeit konnten wir flexibel gestalten. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.”

The view and peace from the private rooftop deck was incredible. Being able to walk to the Monastery and have delicious pastries from the bakery on the way was magical. Thank you Popi and Manos!! “This villa was stunning. The energy was incredible and the space itself cozy, well designed, and a great mix between traditional and contemporary design. The villa was super clean and perfectly located, just a short walk from Chora. George, who manages the property, was super great and helped us with everything we needed. “Stay there beginning August 2025 it was clean nice very accommodating only one suggestion I don’t know how about if they have a half bath or second bathroom it will be really nice because size of the apartment is not enough one bathroom beside that I will give five star to anything cleaning Conditions accommodating location. It’s absolutely perfect. Definitely stay there again.”

"Wonderfull view over Grikos bay from the balcony. Probably the best view comparing with other hotels. Great to eat breakfast with that view. A nice and warm family atmosphere. Very good service from team Adriana, Evangelina, George, Ireni."

"Me and my girlfriend stayed for one week at Patmos Atkis. During this week I decided to propose to my girlfriend and I received excellent support from the hotel staff to make preparations (dinner booking etc.) for the proposal, which was a success! During our whole stay, the hotel staff including reception, restaurant, beach, experience manager, cleaning etc. were all really going the extra mile to provide world-class service which we greatly appreciated. The hotel facilities are beautiful with a great location and a nice private beach. Great exterior and interior design, we liked the minimalistic yet very Greek design of the building and its interiors. We had a great week which we will never forget and hope to return many times to Patmos Aktis in the future."

"Cosy family run hotel located in the centre of town but in a quiet area. I got a free upgrade of my single room. Incredibly friendly owner who made sure I was comfortable, offered coffee and gave good advice about the island. I was able to leave my luggage and was allowed to sit in the lobby before catching the ferry at midnight. I definitely recommend this hotel!"
