Overall our stay was good. The staff was helpful our first night getting there which was nice because we showed up at midnight & they were still available.
The beach is right across the street & so nice when compared to some of the more public entrances (Coco beach pier access, etc. ) & you can take the beach chairs & boogie boards with you. . . Just be sure to bring it all back otherwise you’ll be charged way more than the items are worth.
We stayed in unit #4 & while the unit was clean there is definitely maintenance needed.
The main bedroom leading out to the back looking over the river, that door would not close, the wall & door jam was separating several inches & you can tell the handy person has no idea how to properly fix it. The bed in that room was terribly uncomfortable. You could feel the springs in the mattress which was unfortunate.
In the kitchen, the paint used to paint the kitchen table & chairs was not meant for furniture thus making the table & chairs feel sticky constantly no matter how much I wiped it down.
While we were there we had 3 days of rain which then resulted in the roof leaking in the hall way outside the bathroom & 2nd bedroom creating a decent puddle on the floor.
There was a unit we got to peek into right next to us, unit 8 that was fully remodeled & very nice. So if we booked here again it would have to be that one.
