“I was visiting Sebastian Inlet State Park to photograph wildlife and this was a perfect location right on the beach and close to the park. There is one restaurant within walking distance and several others less than 10 minutes away. Lodging was clean, quiet, well equipped and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.”

“We stayed six nights. We used the main pool, lazy river, hot tub, and water slide every day. Great water activities. They have rules to enforce, but are pretty loose when everything is going well.The front desk workers, and pool staff were very nice. Bartenders made some good drinks. The restaurant workers were also very nice.The beach was only a short walk. We went every day. We also used the mini golf, game room, pickle ball, ping pong, shuffle board. “This place was perfect to relax for a couple days (or even longer if you have the chance). Right on the beach, very quiet even though it seemed like most of the rooms were booked, and had a perfect sunrise each morning right over the ocean. Wish we would have stayed a few days longer! Rockies is a new coffee shop right up the road and it was incredible, the owners were so nice and welcoming!”

“It was very nice to stay by the wayer but not quite at the beach. We were able to enjoy wayer without getting sandy. It was awesome that there were kayaks and paddleboards, but other guests didn't seem to respect the property by putting everything back on the racks. I feel like an extra charge to use the equipment might encourage people to treat it better.”

“The communication from our host Billy Hayes was great, check in was easy, and the condo was as advertised. The view was amazing, the beach was uncrowded, and surrounding area was very nice. The staff were friendly and responsive. We had a great time.”
