“This hotel was PERFECT for my husband and I's weekend getaway! It wasn't located too far from town. Super clean! Fire was always running. Staff was always helpful. The coffee bar in the morning has a great menu with a barista that has such a warming personality! Always smiling! Valet was quick every time we needed to get our car. The room was spacious with a large bathroom! Loved the fireplace in the room. Made it more homely feeling. Will definately be booking another stay soon!”

“If you are looking for a location close to the Heavenly gondola with onsite parking then this is it. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms have everything you need and are comfortable. Parking was great and I was aloud to leave my car for the day after checking out to get some more run in on the mountain. I would definitely stay here the next time I’m looking to ski Heavenly Mountain. ”

“Parking was easy and secure. The property is one to two blocks from the main street; thus, it is quiet. The property managers are pleasant, friendly and professional. I had a small problem with the Air conditioning unit. It would come on, then cycle off after ten minutes. Had to restart the AC unit several times to cool the room. ”

“Newly renovated with modern room was one of my most favorite places I’ve ever stayed in Tahoe. The bed was so comfortable and the TV was huge. The bathroom was amazingly spacious as well. There was a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge which was super convenient. There was a small table with 2 chairs that made it nice to sit at and have a meal. The only thing I would say is that if you’re on the bottom floor you can hear every single footstep and house of the people above you. I did message...

“The place was dusty and bugs and oldish. There was a Murphy bed in the living room it was broken. The restroom by the living room was dirty there was dried poop already on the toilet seat. Of course the storm beat us to SLT and we had to detour and stay at a different hotel for the first night. I understand they are not entitled to refund us or anything but no discount or empathy from the owner/manager. I would not want to rent from a third party to stay at heavenly seeing that they’re not kept...

“Clean and spacious rooms with a nice breakfast buffet. The hotel staff has been very professional and friendly. The only thing I did not like was that parking was extra and not included. There should be no charge for hotel parking.”

“Really loved this place. Clean, cosy very nice rooms, a few 100 mtrs off Lake Tahoe Blvd. Beds maybe too soft but the place is so calm and quiet, you'll sleep anyway. Small but nice pool, kids love it. Breakfast can be eaten at Red Hut Café down at the Boulevard. ”

“The stuff at this place is great however we checked out by 1115 or so and she said there was a $50 late fee charge for every 30 minutes which is ridiculous. I would appreciate if there was a leeway. Although the property is near the beach walking distance to everything but the property itself inside is nasty. The bathroom the bathtub one mirror the basin the bathroom is in one place the bedroom is okay . The living room is separate. They have a kitchen with the stove, refrigerator, utensils,...
