The Reception Desk Clerks were unfriendly at check in, they both were looking at their computers and took awhile to look up to greet me, no smiles , as though they were too busy to greet Travelers. Dogs barking continually which echoed thru the Atrium, had to ask Customer Service to contact the room where Dogs were barking to stop the noise during our afternoon nap! Again was greeted by a grouchy CUSTOMER SERVICE at the breakfast shop where I was picking up a breakfast sandwiches for me and my husband and again no smiles, and the two women working behind the counter were very negative and did not make us feel welcome at all. I will say that upon checking out Veronica was wonderful and had the biggest smile and was very sweet to us and welcomed us back next time we come, but we don’t think we will come back. we did not enjoy our stay. It was just too noisy. The pool was extremely high on chlorine so it was too strong smelling to stay inside the pool area, very toxic.
