“Siamo stato solo una notte ma devo dire che ci siamo trovati benissimo, accolti gentilmente dai proprietari che ci hanno indicato tutte le attrattive della zona, appartamento molto curato e pulito munito di tutto ciò che può servire, il tutto incastonato all'interno di un bellissimo e tranquillo borgo medievale! La struttura è pet friendly ed infatti noi siamo andato col nostro cagnolone di 40 kg! Ci torneremo sicuramente e di sicuro lo consiglieremo a parenti ed amici!”

“Perfect position for centre of Modena. The apartment is very small and well appointed, it has everything needed for a short stay. Bed is comfortable and it is a good place for a good night sleep as it is very quiet. The apartment is reached by a lift which takes you to the third floor then one flight of steep stairs up tp the fourth floor. Wifi was good as it was good to have to TVs. Host is friendly and pro-active. She welcomed us with a nice fruit basket and a bottle of wine. We found...

“My only complaint is that there are no shelves or surfaces to place items like shampoo, soaps, toothpaste, etc in the bathrooms, even in the shower. Otherwise the property is very nice.”

We were stunned by the apartment: spacious, decorated, comfortable & with more amenities than we had seen so far in a short term rental. Everything was updated & very clean. Quiet neighborhood with all the services we needed in walking distance. We had a car & there was free parking at the site. I could stay here for months!! The apartment key needs a bit of a jiggle at the end but once learned, it becomes a sweet...

“We could not have enjoyed our stay more. The location is fabulous for visiting the area. Very centrally located. Mauro and Lorey were so welcoming and helpful. They provided many snacks, wine and gifts. The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. We truly hated to leave. We highly recommend!!”

“It’s in a small town which is very quiet but it’s easy to catch a train to bologna or make day trips to Moderna or surrounding towns/villages. Beds were comfortable, apartment was clean and we were nicely welcomed with home made wine and jam. ”

“Excellent location away from the bustle of Bologna. Only 20 mins from the airport by car. Definitely recommend a car to see the surrounding area, but use the train to go to Bologna/Imola”

“We can describe our stay in this house in Vico Pancellorum in 1 word: Fantastic! The house is situated on a hill in a beautiful medieval village. The place is very serene and peaceful (no traffic at all, except for some locals by foot), and makes you feel like you've travelled back in time. The house has 3 floors and from every room the view is amazing. The garden with swimming pool (and also these great views) is a real treat, and the jacuzzi in de basement is 'the cherry on top'....
