Large kitchen for entertaining with an island that seats 6, dining table for 10, and washer & dryer in the unit. The Avian Forest pool is a few steps from your front door and you’re a 2-minute drive from enjoying the private ocean beach at Litchfield By The Sea (plenty of free parking). In addition to the nearby beach at Litchfield By The Sea, Avian Forest is surrounded by golf courses (9 courses within 5 miles) and paved walking, bicycle and nature paths. We are about a 1-hour drive to Charleston; 5 minutes to Murrells Inlet; 10 minutes to Georgetown; and 15 minutes to Myrtle Beach.
