All was wonderful

Beautiful place and area. Nothing wrong or bad to say beside one thing which has nothing to do with our unit but the building next to ours. There was a large family and they were smoking marijuana heavily. They arrived sometime around Saturday and that is when we smelled it.

Great Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is larger than it appears online and we had plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 teenagers. We were immediately impressed with the space and cleanliness and loved the layout. The new flooring was a great upgrade. It had plenty of kitchen supplies and we cooked dinner all but one night. The condo pool is just outside the unit which was so convenient. The beach is a short drive away but not difficult and access to Litchfield Resort took the stress away to find public parking. They also have a great family pool, especially for little ones (splash pad/lazy river). I had a few questions prior to my stay and Suzanne/staff were fantastic to answer them quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Save Your Money, Stay Elsewhere

Seriously, save your money. This place is not worth it. When my friends and I checked in, the place was already in terrible condition!! The floors were disgustingly dirty, the couches had stains, there was mold in one of the bathrooms, blood stains on the bedding in the king room, broken chairs on the private balcony, and trash on the main balcony. We weren’t even sure if this place had been cleaned following the previous guests’ departure. For the amount of money being charged for a stay, I would expect WAY better upkeep. When we called the property manager to report our issues they were unhelpful and dismissive.

Great layout, especially for large families. Do not provide toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, coffee or other essentials. Garbage disposal only works by plugging in and out at receptacle. Slow draining tubs, bathroom door doesn’t lock, dryer gets lent on clothes, floor was dirty upon arrival. Stains on bedding. Attention to more personal touches would have made it homey.

Weekend vacation

Basically the trip to myrtle beach was a wonderful experience but the cleanliness of the property was horrible. First when we arrived the floors were soak then as i inspected the property i found a few things wrong the carpet was dirty, the blinds to the windows in every room had some broken, the oven light didn’t work, the Tables were dirty the furniture was dirty, the television in the master bedroom didn’t work then the plumbing was horrible the toilets , tubs and sink were slow to let the water out and i had to plunge them constantly. Also i was charged to much after i reviewed my account i called and no one addressed the issue so i don’t think i would come back.

This property was in a deplorable condition such that it should not have been rented.

The most disgusting condition. VBRO needs to upgrade its process because customers will need to think twice before using VBRO. How could VBRO rent a house that had animal urine stains all over every carpet in the every room and on the walls as well as chairs being ripped up by animal claws. More than happy to send pictures. We arrived around midnight and left in the morning.

Highly recommended for a great stay!

Overall I and my guests were pleased with the condo. I loved that we had access to the Litchfield Beach Club and Beach Access! I was so happy that my dog was able to travel with us too! The home was well equipped, very nice to have washer/dryer at the condo!!!! It was spacious and had many amenities available. Only downfall is the pool was closed due to COVID but could use LBC pool and there were old pet stains in various areas on carpet from previous guests or home owner and the one ottoman had tears to fabric upon arrival, and a shower head slightly loose in the queen bedroom bath! Outside of the few cosmetic wear on the property it was a great place to stay, so close to everything ! I’d highly recommend this location!

Great space some upkeep needed.

7 women stayed at this property over the weekend. The space was perfect for us and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. However, fabric was completely missing from the arms of an easy chair in the living room exposing the foam underneath. The rods that operate the plantation shutters in the master bedroom had been replaced by drinking straws and one of the toilets ran constantly. Get a smart TV, it’s not that much money these days. We all have Netflix accounts but couldn’t use them with the current TV.

Clean home with plenty of room

The property was great. We enjoyed our stay. No issues what so ever. You do have to drive over to the beach, but that was not an issue for us. I loved having the pool right outside. Thank you again!
