This expansive home on The Peninsula at Inlet Point in Litchfield offers 7 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, where you can enjoy stunning oceanfront sunrises and serene sunsets from porches and sundecks. Situated in a gated community with 24-hour security, the property features access to a shared dock on the Litchfield's saltwater creek, a private community swimming pool, a boat ramp, and an uncrowded beach.

The house boasts a spacious design with three levels, an elevator, and breathtaking views of the ocean, beach, and creek. The ground level includes a carport entrance with interior stairs or elevator access to the upper floors.

On the main floor, you'll find a large open-concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a wet bar—all offering ocean views. The kitchen includes two dishwashers, an under-counter ice maker, and a breakfast bar that seats eight. Dining accommodations include a table for eight and an additional table for four. Step out onto the oceanfront covered porch, which leads to a private walkway to the beach and an outdoor shower. This floor also includes a half bath off the foyer and two bedrooms with private baths and a porch overlooking the creek and marsh.

The second floor features four bedrooms and a den with a wet bar and mini-fridge. Two of the bedrooms are oceanfront master suites with luxurious baths; one offers a private sundeck with panoramic beach views. The remaining two bedrooms open onto a porch with picturesque views of the creek and marsh.

The top floor offers a bedroom with access to a sundeck, providing breathtaking views of the beach and ocean.

Parking includes space for four vehicles under the home and room for two more in the driveway. The Big Kahuna is a truly exceptional beach home, perfect for a relaxing getaway.
