Guests can enjoy Litchfield by the Sea amenities including private access to miles of beautiful beach, tennis and pickleball courts, fishing lakes, fishing pier, marsh overlook with floating dock on the saltwater creek, and much more!

This villa features a 2-story townhouse floor plan. The main floor features the living area, dining table that seats 6, kitchen and one bedroom and a bath. The living area opens to the sundeck and view of the lake. The sundeck is nicely furnished and has a table for outdoor dining. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a breakfast bar with seating for 3.

The main floor bedroom has a TV and barn door access to the bathrooom. The bathroom features a walk-in shower with rain shower head. Upstairs is the 2nd bedroom and bath. This bedroom has a TV and the bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Check-In: Saturday during the Summer.
Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring pets.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure at no extra charge.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
