Oceanfront Bridgewater 218 - Enjoy the sights of the ocean, and the sound of waves on the beach. This condo has an outdoor living space on the furnished oceanfront balcony. This is a one bedroom condo, perfect for a week at the beach. Short stays are available (3 night min) for long weekend escapes to the beach.

The living area is comfortably furnished, and has a sliding glass door opening to the balcony and view. The kitchen has granite countertops and is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, microwave, and refrigerator. The bedroom has a king bed and TV. The bathroom features a powder room, and a tub/shower combination.

Bridgewater offers the best amenities with its swimming pool, lazy river, an indoor pool and spa. There is also an exercise room for guests. Elevators service all floors, and there are laundry facilities available.  Bridgewater offers a ramped walkway to the beach.  Guests also enjoy all the amenities located at Litchfield by the Sea including tennis/pickleball courts, miles of walking paths, fishing lake, marsh overlook with floating dock on the saltwater creek and 24 hour gated access.

Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring pets.

Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long!  Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.
No washer or dryer in this condo - coin operated ones are nearby (on 2nd floor) in the building.

Pool Information - Hours & Rules. This condo has access to all of the Bridgewater Pools and beach accesses.
*Please note children in swim diapers are only allowed in the kiddie pool.

Bridgewater is an oceanfront resort building near the north end of Litchfield by The Sea consisting of 120 one and two bedroom condos. Premier resort amenities include access to the large oceanfront pool, kiddie pool, spa, and the only oceanfront lazy river in Litchfield Beach, and an indoor pool, spa and fitness room! All condos have a balcony with views of the ocean and pool. Bridgewater features multiple elevators, luggage carts, and a ramped boardwalk for easy beach access. There is also unassigned covered parking available with ample overflow beside the building. 

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
