This charming 4-bedroom, 4-bath retreat blends comfort, style, and modern convenience for the perfect Pawleys Island getaway.
The home has been fully renovated and thoughtfully decorated with artistic custom finishes throughout. Three of the four spacious bedrooms feature their own private en-suite bathroom. On the main floor, you’ll find a King bedroom and a Twin room, with a shared Jack & Jill Bathroom, while upstairs offers two bedrooms, each with two Queen beds—ideal for families or groups.
The vintage-inspired kitchen combines nostalgic charm with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare meals with ease. After a day of beach fun, gather on the large, screened porch, or head up to the crow’s nest for cocktails and breathtaking marsh sunsets.
With two living rooms, the house is designed for togetherness and relaxation. The second living space, complete with a large sectional, is perfect for family movie nights or game time.
Best of all, beach access is just a short 3-minute walk away! Small dogs are welcome in the off-season with homeowner approval.
Whether you’re planning a cozy long weekend (just a 3-night minimum in the off-season) or a weeklong stay, House of Mirth offers a stylish and inviting retreat to enjoy Pawleys Island year-round.

Bookings arriving between April 1st through August 31st - will not receive the above referenced items. Linens and Towel packages can be rented or vacationers may bring their own.
