We loved the boat and were very comfortable. The ferry made for a fun way to access the city never needing our car. We loved the harbor and felt very safe. The neighbors were especially friendly. “We’d never stayed in a houseboat previously, and I’m surprised how much we loved the stay on the “Blue Pearl”. My kids loved the loft, and the gentle boat rocking. The location was excellent— a short ferry ride to long wharf, and we even had a front row view to the Harborfest fireworks. It was great having a kitchen & full-size fridge to cook dinners/breakfasts.The marina itself was super quiet, and we had a quiet restful stay. “This was the best place we have ever stayed. This boat is perfect and the location is amazing. Jon and Karen were so responsive and helpful. The bathrooms are small and could be difficult to manage but that’s to be expected on a boat. The banana bread (baked by Karen) and other pastries were a great grab and go either late night or in the mornings. This was a great experience in the harbor - seeing the other boats and watching the ships come thru. We loved it! ”

The owners let us know ahead of time that Sherrie, the property manager, would be meeting us at the pier to show us to the property.
