“Very clean. We appreciated the snacks, tea, bottled water, and the hygiene items in the bathroom. Some expense has gone into very nice pillows, mattress, and bath towels. I suggest a floor mat on the inside of the front door, a mattress pad, kitchen hand towel and dishcloth, dish rack for drying dishes, and a large kitchen trash can.”

“Really enjoyed our stay at this quaint little cottage on Claytor Lake. It was very well equipped with everything you could need. The town was really close and Thee Draper Village was enjoyable. Make sure to visit Spinning Jenny Vineyard for the tasty wine and beautiful views. This was a girls trip but I will definitely plan another with the family. The host responded quickly to all my questions.”

“Charming. Bedrooms had king beds that were quite comfortable. Very close to Va Tech, and downtown Blacksburg. Very clean. Would stay again if my daughter decides to go to Va Tech.”

“We had a great stay at the dome! The ambiance is perfect for a WV weekend getaway. We enjoyed a delicious steak dinner via the grill out on the deck and even hopped in the hot tub even though it was under 40 outside! Our 9 year old loved having her own space in the loft above the bathroom and kitchen, and we were impressed how efficient we were able to prepare our meals with the well thought out minimalist kitchen. All of the Nespresso equipment came in handy too for a few morning lattes before...

“This place was perfectly suited for my family (ages 29 to 88)! The wraparound porch and views were our favorite part, but we also enjoyed the fire pit, the game room, and the big open feel of the living/dining room with lots of natural light. We were able to make our entire Thanksgiving meal in the kitchen! “Loved staying here SO much! Everything was extremely well kept. It was so peaceful. Host was accommodating - letting us change our stay to a day later when our travel plans changed. Only thing worth noting is the 15min drive up the mountain on gravel through very rural area! Made us wonder if we were in the right place haha - but that rural setting is what makes it so lovely and peaceful. We definitely want to come back!”
