“Got in around midnight, so I wasn’t surprised that no food places on property were open. Even still, would’ve expected a casino resort to have at least one 24 hour food spot. But then morning comes and the buffet is not open until 11, no breakfast. One restaurant is open in the morning selling overpriced sandwiches. ”

“The breakfast did not taste fresh. The fruit did not taste like fruit. Most of the breakfast items did not taste fresh”

“When I walked in to check in the inside smell so good and refresh. It’s was clean inside and outside. The staff were friendly as well. ”

“Parking was fine. Hotel is a little bit hidden. Water in Slidell is off, but better than it was 45 years ago! Hotel was fine- great price. Breakfast had lots of options- all good. ”

“No issues at all with the booking or check in. Buffet was good and staff very cordial and professional. ”

“This is a really nice hotel in Slidell. The room was great for 6 people. The beds were comfortable, the bed sofa was quite uncomfortable. The hotel was clean. Good breakfast with hot and cold alternatives. The food at the social evening was great. The pool was nice and clean”

“Very cute, retro style motel. Clean. But, the room was tiny (!!) so lacked some of the basics. No microwave, refrigerator, luggage rack. Only one chair and no table, just a folding TV table. So keep that in mind if you need those items.There was a pretty nice kitchen available for guests, with items the rooms lacked, and a nice outdoor seating area. Free cold drinks in the fridge. The staff was friendly and helpful. ”

“This is the first time staying here. We ride motorcycles, all men, and happened on this motel. Clean as you can get. No smells, everything was very nice. Old, and a bit dated, but clean. The staff was very friendly. Super nice for one night. I will stay there again if in the area.”

“Breakfast was fresh but was not appetizing. Near shopping. A lot of amenities did not work. The pool is open seasonal which was my whole point in booking. They need better breakfast, open pool year round, and get the tvs fixed couldn’t watch it at all during my stay ”

“The toilet was broken in my room. The fridge was very loud. Blinds didnt go down. So the.street lights where in my face. The bed was hard. Had them move me in the morning. New room had hair all over the floor. I cleaned my room l. Left early because of a large roach. ”

“Bathroom not very clean, very few outlets. The breakfast choices were very limited. For a single bed room at over $100 was well overpriced.”
