"Our stay was a disappointment. We arrived late, tired and hungry and found out our room was extremely small and couldn't even fit our luggage, so they wanted to help us with an upgrade - however the bathroom ceiling was open and they kept warning us of the monkeys stealing things, so we couldn't stay there. The only room that was ok size and closed bathroom cost a whole lot more and they weren't willing to upgrade us there nor do something on the price. It's already a too expensive hotel. Beautiful views, gorgeous pool and in nature, and everything is made of beautiful nature material. However, the experience and service did not live up to the price. We stayed in many other 4-5 star hotels around Bali and this does not have the same service feeling. The wifi was barely working. It's a special hotel so be sure you know what the you're booking beforehand. If you're in to comfort this is not the place. Also a lot of stairs. Pool was gorgeous. Close to Padang padang beach, but the beach is a bit dirty, although it has nice vibe. "

"This was one of the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. I assume the owner and staff have done their best to make customers satisfied but with me, totally failed. The isolation is really bad. You hear your neighbors and all sounds outside the room and the ventilation was bad. The water pressure and flow both in the sink, shower and toilet were not even working properly. You’re turning on the water to wash your face and suddenly a water explosion makes you totally wet with a big sound. But most of all, the room did NOT look like in the photos. Far from it!!! The bed was inconvenient and made sounds when you move. We asked to change room but got offered one that smelled strong mold. Really not satisfied and don’t recommend this place. "

Aporna som bor i närområdet kunde vara lite närgångna och stöldbegärliga om man lämnar sina saker utan uppsikt Riktigt bra frukost med brett utbud av båda varm och kall mat."
