“I didnt like the bed bugs, or how the owner, rather than dealing with them and refunding, instead claimed i was lying, then that i brought them (this was my first hotel after coming from my home) refused to refund and made me crawl through hoops with expedia to resolve. Thankfully i had kept my luggage closed the first night, and was able to heat treat it upon booking to another hotel in the area after checking out immediately...”

“Väldigt fint och mysigt hotell mitt inne i staden. Rent och trevligt rum med fönster mot floden. Enkelt att checka in digitalt då vi vidkom kom vid midnatt. Kan varmt rekommendera hotellet till andra.”

“This was such a cute place and had a communal kitchen. The "Grey" room is lofted, so maybe not best for those that have trouble with stairs, but I loved it. I wish I had more time to spend in my room. Great shower too and Manuele was so nice! I had to show him my passport when I checked in and pay the tax, just a few euros. Not sure why it wasn't all included, but I had cash. Great place overall, be prepared for an uphill walk that's well worth it!”

“The check in wasn't smooth because apparently they didn't have our booking and instead of apologizing the man wanted to see how much we've paid and wouldn't listen to us and talked over us. All worked out in the end but he was rude and we didn't get the room we paid for. Be paid for a four bed room and got two "double rooms" instead, because again, they didn't have our reservation. All in all it was fine and it worked out in the end but the man was very rude about it in the beginning. ”
