“Although I have given this a high star rating because it was indeed a beautiful place to stay in a good location once we had left and on our way home we were accused of causing damage to the property, of pulling a huge door handle off the sliding bathroom door. There was no handle on the door when we arrived there and certainly no handle to be seen anywhere and yet by some miracle they managed to produce said handle and photograph it to send to me as evidence. They sent this to me 7 hours after...

“Great location - less than 10 min drive to Arenal beach. Villa was lovely. Beds nice and Showers were good and villa was very comfortable. All on one level so easy for me as have walking mobility issue. Large pool and outside seating area was lovely.Would definitely stay here again when coming back to Javea. ”

“Overall the holiday was great and we all had a great time. However there are some issues that really need addressing. The cleanliness of the pool is a massive issue. Many of the chairs in the property were broken. The door keys to the property were not satisfactory either.”
