Summer holiday

The apartment was lovely, clean, well equipped and was big enough for our party of 5. Plenty of parking, a car is essential. The sun loungers and furniture on the large patio/balcony was lovely and very comfortable. Communication with the owner David was first class. We were there in August and the complex was very quiet. The only negative I would say is the pool area that needs updating. The pool mosaic tiles can be seen all around the complex, fallen off and children have collected them from the bottom of the pool. There were 8 sun loungers, only 5 were usable.

Beautiful apartment

This is a really lovely apartment, spacious, clean , modern and with a beautiful view of the village and local area out to the sea. The location is just a 7 or 8 minute walk from the village centre which itself has a couple of supermarkets and a few restaurants and bars. A 5 minute car journey and you are in Coral Bay which has many bars, restaurants and beaches to enjoy. The owner David was superb answering any questions within minutes and we would recommend this superb apartment if you are after a relaxing stay in Peyia. Other comments on here say how relaxed you feel in the apartment and that is exactly how we felt, the terrace is superb.

Our stay

My family and i have been travelling over to cyprus for many years now and have stayed in some very nice places. This property is probably the best we have stayed in yet. A car is essential due to the hills in the area especially in peak summer but the apartment allows you to sit back and relax in peace. The pictures say it all.

Clean spacious apartment

Lovely apartment, clean and a decent size. Huge terrace with gorgeous furniture! Only downside for me was thin white blinds in the bedrooms as opposed to blackout or shutters. Not good for us with three kids who didn't give us a lie in! But probably not a problem for people not with children. Another issue for me was air con on a timer which goes off after two hours. Totally understandable as people forget to turn off when leaving etc, but at night I found the heat uncomfortable and stand-alone fan provided was noisy. Speaking to friends who live in Paphos, apparently this timer situation is quite common in rentals there. Overall though a nice place with a great pool, very quiet, even in mid-August there was only us and a couple of others around the pool so plenty of space. Thank you David for a pleasant stay.

Fantastic Holiday

Just back from an amazing 2 week stay at this fantastic apartment and can't speak highly enough about this property. The apartment is lovely and spacious inside and really clean. The pictures don't do it justice! Outside on the terrace is just incredible, we have never stayed anywhere with such high quality outdoor furniture and we spend many evenings watching the sunset with a glass of wine waiting for the BBQ to heat. We had a couple of minor issues whilst we were there which were dealt with immediately by David. He was also very helpful with recommendations for local Tavernas. We will be back!

Fantastic 3 bedroom apartment With superb mountain & sea views

Spacious 3 bedroom apartment with all you need for a great stay. The sun terrace sets this property apart. With fantastic views all around. Great pool and underground car park below apartment. A short drive to shops, bars, some fantastic restaurants & the beach. Superb communication from David the host throughout, we look forward to returning.

Great space for a large family!

We were a family of five in total, holidaying with elderly parents and we couldn’t fault this property. Just out from the hustle and bustle of Paphos, it was still within easy reach of all the main attractions that are within the area. The property had a lift which was much appreciated, having travelled from Australia with heavy suitcases and also plenty of undercover parking. The immense balcony meant you weren’t sitting on top of one another and was a great spot to sit and watch the sunset over the ocean with a glass of wine after a day of sightseeing. Great place and highly recommend!

A wonderful and very lovely apartment for a family vacation

We booked with David early this year and stayed at the apartment in Peyia in May 2019. The view from the large terrace was stunning and the newly installed parasol was helping with enjoying the sun in Cyprus. Shopping and dinning is close by in the town section of Peyia and easily reachable by foot. We can only recommend the apartment and we stayed for 10 days with a 1year old baby - we brought the baby bed with us and there was enough space in our room to have the little one sleeping with us. The apartment itself is very well maintained and the kitchen appliances were of really good quality. Lounging and dining with 5-6 people is really possible without stretching the logistic. Excellent, we’ll maintained , exactly as the picturers show on the HomeAway website.

The Apartment was fantastic, we found it very easy to find as we know Payia very well. You can tell the Apartment has been well looked after and extremely clean, the oven was immaculate, it put mine at home to shame, the patio was outstanding, with its lovely furniture and great bbq with a view to die for, we spent most of our time out there. David the owner was very helpful, we had a few little problems and he sorted thing out straight away. The Apartment has the full Sky package, which if your sports freaks like us was the icing on the cake, but remember Cyprus doesn’t have super fast fibre broadband like the UK so if your watching live sports turn the Wi-fi off all your devices so it doesn’t interfere with the game . You will need a car but that’s the best thing about Cyprus, they drive on the same side of the road as the UK and all the road signs are in English so easy to get around. The Apartment is a perfect base to explore the island. We Travel to Cyprus every year in October and have rented many properties over the years, in fact last year we rented a 4 bedroom villa that cost a few thousand for the time we stayed and I can honestly say it wasn’t a patch on this Apartment, this is the first time I’ve found the outside furniture to exactly as pictured and extremely clean, so nice and all the umbrellas were in perfect condition (we didn’t have to repair them) . As you can tell we loved this Apartment and would highly recommend it for a quiet relaxing holiday, but the madness is not far away if you want it ,10mins by taxi and your in Coral Bay.
