“It did not feel like an apartment at all. Do you walk in the main level and it feels like a house. It's a very spacious and comfortable. I opened up all the windows in the Lanai and opened up all the windows in the condo and the coastal Breezy air flowed through the whole place and it felt like we were outside even when we were inside. “Michelle is wonderful to work with. Very responsive. i usually stay ON the beach but I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to get onto the beach on the boardwalk/sidewalk. The pool was amazing. 6 inch area is great for our 1 and 3 year old (wish there was a way to stop the one year old from walking into the deep area so we could relax more but still fun) Kids toys and books were perfect. Had everything we needed. And again, Michelle was outstanding.”

“Exactly as described in the listing. More essential amenities than many VRBOs we have stayed in including kitchen supplies, coffee, linens, shampoo/soap etc. Visiting family loved the theatre room! Kathryn was always easy to communicate with.We plan to stay here again or next door at her other property when we come to visit family. ”

“Great property! Small playground and open field to play and the pool is beautiful and clean. Safe and short walk to the beach, there is a boardwalk all the way to the beach so a wagon is easy. Restaurant and essential shopping in walking distance. You can easily do 3 small family groups here and still have privacy. There is a very large bunk room that includes a separate queen bed. “We loved everything about our stay, location to restaurants and walking the riverwalk. We enjoyed how clean and comfortable the whole house was. We stayed here for about four weeks while we purchased and moved into our own home and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Kathryn was very responsive and the couple of occasions we needed things or had questions. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“It was a fun experience to stay in such a unique spot. My teen and I enjoyed the kayaks at sunset. And waking up to that view was lovely. Our hosts had a lot of nice touches with the coffee station, snacks and nice bath products. (And while the location is a little unusual, road traffic wasn’t really too bad with the air conditioning on.) it was really cool to stay right on the water in a former fishing cabin, while still being easily able to explore Swansboro, Cedar Point and Emerald Isle. ”

“We had the best stay! Clean and plenty of room for 2-4 people. The beds downstairs were so comfortable (we didn’t use the loft). It had everything we needed; towels, bedsheets, toilet paper, etc. which made our travels easy. It is conveniently located to Havelock, Morehead City, and Newport. ”

“Great location, first floor so not many stairs to climb. We had my mil who has a bad knee with us and it was perfect location for her. Very well kept condo. Very responsive when we had a question. The location of the actual condo is close to the pool and the beach access, you truly can’t get much closer than this location. It was perfect. Great little getaway. Pebble beach has renters and owners so it’s a great family location that isn’t party goers but family beach. Loved the stay and will look...
