It was freezing the night we stayed or we would've enjoyed the firepit...so quiet and peaceful there. The kitchen was well equipped with the necessities needed. I honestly hope my son chooses Sewanee for college so that I can take 2 day mini vacation in this tiny home community when I come to visit him. ”

“The house was clean but in the description states it has A/C which in my opinion is misleading. The A/C is window only. It kept most of the house cool but one of the bedrooms was a little hot. Also the mattress in the bedroom off the living room really needs to be replaced. I slept on it one night and woke up the next day with a nightmare backache. My son and I changed beds, even though he is a young in shape guy he said the mattress did not provide much support. He thought it looked like one...
