“I really enjoyed my stay! The unit was nice, clean, and very comfortable. The host was extremely responsive and available to answer any questions I had, always responding in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend staying here and would happily stay again!”

“Property was clean, quite location, host was very responsive and very helpful through the trip, would definitely stay again!”

“Inside of property was very clean and as shown on listing. The pool and backyard were very cute. One major issue is that there is no door to the en suite bathroom, so it is essentially unusable when anyone else is in the room. Laying in bed you have a direct view of the toilet. It also makes it so that you can't turn a light on to use the restroom or shower if anyone is still sleeping. Another issue we had was that both showers were difficult to adjust. I never got my shower to my desired...

“The host was very welcoming and very communicative. The accommondation was in very good condition and corresponded to the pictures. Definitely an accommodation that we would return to if we return to Miami. Very good location close to shops and major roads.”

“Overall it was a good start. Very quiet area for the most part. I feel it safe and able to walk at night. Sufficient space but there is no pullout couch. There’s only two beds, queen and full. No way 6 people can sleep without an additional inflatable. Furniture was ok. Kitchen was ok but there were ants and mold. Bathroom was pretty clean. Had an issue with parking one day. Overall it was a good stay. The property needs deep cleaning and upkeep.”

“Dirt and dust every where. Pictures in this case was not telling the truth. Very small and furnitures all over the room making it even smaller. Could not close the door while sitting in restroom it was hitting my knees. Worst 3 nights I ever had . Others personal items in lockers. In pictures you see a backyard with space for table and chairs. In reality it was very little space and dark. Lef all over place not even that was cleaned away! Be aware and add some money there are much much better...

“Nice area to be in, the neighbors left you alone as long as you didn’t bother anyone. It accommodates your stay and it’s great distance from shopping centers”

“The property overall was very nice and clean, everything was up-to-date. Our only issues was the code to the door did not work when we arrived. We were able to enter the home through the back door because it was left unlocked. The maintenance guy did not come and fix the code lock until 8PM so we had to leave the back door unlock when we went out on the first day. The host Roy was very supportive and responsive. We asked for early check in and he was able to confirm this for us which was...

“We had a great time staying here with my family. The place was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was a wonderful bonus to see and hear the peacocks roaming around the neighborhood! Communication with Samantha was excellent—she was highly responsive and flexible. We will definitely book this place again in the future!”
