“The place was very nice! Many nice touches and we didn’t need anything. Just a heads up that the space at the lake is down over a steep hill, so be prepared to drive down if taking many things to enjoy around the fire pit. Front porch was a great place to sit in the mornings and the neighborhood was clean and quiet. Kitchen was well stocked and loved the decorative touches ”

“There is NO house number on the building. The host did NOT provide us with info prior to arrival, we had to message him to get access. It appeared that check in was at 4:00, but turned out it was 3:00. The actual property appearance does NOT look like the pictures online. Outside is overgrown, dirty and cobweb’s everywhere. Inside smells musty and gross. Flies everywhere, spiders in the bathroom and shower. It was not clean under the bed. There’s no bathroom soaps or wash clothes and the towels...

“Nice quaint cottages in the countryside of Ovid, NY. Close to wineries. You will need to bring paper plates, bowls, etc. if you plan on eating at the cottage. Cottage was clean and host would quickly respond to any questions.”
