My wife of 56 years has Alzheimer's so travel can be challenging, but our stay was very enjoyable even with the challenges. The property is excellent but I think it was the communication with our host that was the most exceptional. The worst part of the trip was leaving! Sitting around the campfire has always been a source of enjoyment and our time there was no exception. While we live 600 miles...

“I rented this location for our summer vacation as part of a Christmas present for my astronomy-loving son. It was only about 20 minutes from Cherry Springs State Park, but on a clear night, you also had a beautiful view of the night sky from the property. The house itself was lovely and clean, and it had almost everything we needed for our stay (we second the suggestion for adding a tea kettle). “Our family had so much fun relaxing at this beautiful little cabin. Halle thought of everything and our dog even enjoyed his stay. Relaxing by the fire and playing card games at the picnic table was fun. There’s great fishing nearby and the creek is beautiful right behind the cabin. S’mores, star gazing, and laughter filled our evenings. ”
