“We had a fantastic stay in Hulls Cove, exploring Acadia and Mt. Desert Island with our 2 kids and my in-laws. The location was perfect - close to the park entrance but much quieter than the bustling/touristy Bar Harbor. The view over the cove was amazing - we watched sunrise several days from our windows or across the street on the beach. Our kids loved playing in the pool, and there was rarely anyone else there so they had it to themselves!The accommodations were great and the host left...

“Highly recommend a visit to these YURTS ! Kenya was very responsive during our stay over the Labor Day weekend. Our YURT was very clean upon arrival, equipped with dinnerware and all appliances worked flawlessly.We would also recommend visiting the Clark Point Cafe in Bernard. The tasty pastries are worth the wait at this popular eatery in the town of Bernard.”

“The cabin has a great screened in porch in front and a patio out back. It is a great place to relax after a long day at Acadia! It is very peaceful in the evenings. We loved our stay here!”

“House location is perfect for Bar Harbor and Acadia. Water way behind house was really nice for kayaks, which are provided with the rental house. Fire pit was a great addition to the house for family nights. Overall, house was great. Could use some updating of couches in first floor living room for more comfortably. No a/c on first floor. If listed in rental I missed it. Temps were higher than expected the week we stayed so it was hot. Upstairs bedrooms and family room were much nicer and...

“The Cedar Chalet and its location were as beautiful as pictured! We have visited Acadia many times and this was a great place to stay while exploring the area. The home and the hosting were excellent!”

“This house is great. The property is excellent. The indoor pool was a hit. Check-in was very easy. Quiet neighborhood. 25-30 minutes to downtown Bar Harbor. One minor item is you cannot change the temperature in the house. It is set to 77. Too warm on a hot day. But once things cooled down the breeze through the house is great with the windows open. I would absolutely rent again. ”

“The property suited our needs and checked our boxes for waterfront and easy access to Acadia and Bar Harbor. We enjoyed the kayaks, and appreciated the life jackets in many sizes so we could all participate. Also, the house had a convenient supply of beach shoes (the rocky shore isn't barefoot friendly...). The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, small appliances, and cooking tools. We had a blast!”

“Comfortable home for our family of 8. Easy access on a slightly busy road. Amenties were good. We enjoyed roasting marshmallows over the fire, cooking meals over the fire, and grilling outdoors as well. Home had not been cleaned when we arrived, but that appeared to be an anomaly. Owner quickly rectified the situation and refunded one night's stay. Wonderful Maine vacation!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! We had 12 adults and two dogs and there was plenty of room inside and out for everyone! The beach area was perfect and the lake is pristine! Fishing off the dock, swimming and boating in the lake, relaxing on the beach and the dock, everything was great!
