“Check in was simple. The home was extremely inviting and well appointed. Wonderfully peaceful. The only complaint we would have is that the BBQ was filthy and the heating elements were falling apart. It obviously hadn't been cleaned under the hot plates for a significant period of time. The only other problem we had was that in the bedroom next to the master, the hanging rail fell down as it didn't have all the screws required to keep it in place. “Great location and amenities. Outdoor bath area had a lot of cobwebs. Poor communication regarding windows not being able to be opened. There should be more specific info about each accommodation in the welcome pack and options to contact the owner directly given this was the weekend and the office was closed. ”
