  • *** Detta hus kommer att renoveras under vintern 2017-18 för att lägga till ytterligare två sovrum, 2 badrum, media Den och privat pool! *** Prissättning 2018 återspeglar denna förändring, huset kommer att vara en av de mest önskade på Pensacola Beach, vi rekommenderar att du bokar tidigt!

    Helt ny på hyresmarknaden. Detta är ett vackert Ariola Drive-hus med obegränsad strandutsikt och åtkomst bara några steg från uppfarten. Layouten är kök, matsal, vardagsrum och Master BR med badrum på bottenvåningen. Detta sovrum har en king size-säng. Detta golv har avskärmad veranda från baksidan av köket och lindar runt enorma viken främre däck med propan grill och uteservering och matsal. Den andra våningen har 3 sovrum och 2 fulla bad och ytterligare skärmad i veranda. Det första sovrummet är "master" våningssalen med eget badrum och utsikt över bukten. Den har två drottningar och två tvillingar så det sover 6. Nästa sovrum har en king size-säng och delar korridoren med badrum och utsikt över viken. Det 4: e sovrummet är ett annat våningssängrum med en drottning plattformsäng och två tvillingbyggda våningssängar!

Views were great and the house was very clean! Access to beach was so easy and felt enough off the path of the crazy busy beach business. We appreciated being able to bring out dogs along with us. We had a great time and would love to come back!

Amazing Place with Beautiful Views

We loved staying here. There was a lot of room and the beds were so comfortable. The views of the beach were incredible. Even though it was cool outside we went and sat by the pool and enjoyed the sunshine. We will definitely try and stay here again in the future.

Wonderful family vacation home

The house was perfect for our family of 12. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone without feeling crowded. The location was outstanding with just a small street to cross to get to the beach access. We came in Oct and enjoyed beautiful weather every day. We also enjoyed the heated pool.

Vacation

The house was perfect and right next to the beach. We had 16 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. The pool was a bonus and the kids loved it after a long day at the beach. Debi and Bri from Gulf Coast Getaways were amazing and quick to respond back. Will definitely plan our next beach trip here.

Cousin's getaway

We are a group of female cousins ages 26 - 86 who have started getting together every year to reconnect. We live in several different states and were not seeing each other except at funerals. This was our second year to get together and we hope the number that attends grows and that we continue to do it each year. This house, location and management company were all great! There were a few small issues, but nothing awful.

Great spot to enjoy the beach with a group

We loved this house! The pool was a lifesaver on hot days - especially with the kids. It's basically like being on the beach, even though you're technically across the street. There are a ton of beds - though some of the bunk beds are so high they are unreasonable. The property manager was very helpful and got us a few things that we requested at the start of our stay. One annoying thing - though they were explicit about it - is that the kitchen has NOTHING in it - not even salt and pepper. Kind of a shame considering that you know this stuff goes to waste every time the renters leave :( That being said, all linens and towels were provided and were nice.

Perfect beach house

12 adults fit nicely in this home. 22 capacity would be a stretch. Home was clean and nice. 2 refrigerators were great. We found pool and beach toys/ chairs in garage to borrow that was a great help. Down side was landscaping …. There were weeds that had small burrs around pool that stuck in skin and were very painful. - these should be eliminated to prevent people from getting hurt when walking around pool. Also lights around pool would be nice.

The messaging from the Gulf Coast group was nice. We were able to check in on arrival and on time. There was sand toys and one umbrella there. We also brought chairs and umbrellas. The pool was really warm because it has full sun exposure all day. Even at night it felt like a hot tub. The beach was so close to the property and the photos were spot on. Some parts of the house were dated but overall the beds and rooms were perfect for our group. The porch space was additional living space where we ate, played music and got a lot of use out of the rocking chairs in the evening. There was never an issue with hot water or shower space. We noticed an AC issue and reported it. The ac repair team was there within an hour and it took them about an hour to fix it. While they were there they checked all units. No complaints from us! I would recommend bring chairs and a beach wagon.

Family Beach Trip

Our family of 17 had a wonderful week in Villa Segunda - there were plenty of beds for everyone and we really appreciated having 5 bathrooms. The den off the kitchen was perfect for those who needed to work during the week. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach as well as having a pool - no need to bring floats, beach toys, etc. as there were plenty in the garage. We thought the kitchen was very well stocked although we could have used a couple more casserole type dishes and some plastic storage containers. We had to call maintenance and they responded immediately and had the issue resolved within the hour. The two bedrooms in the addition could benefit from fans. We would definitely return!

Beautiful beach house in wonderful location

Our family of 20 spent a week at this house and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The location is wonderful with easy beach access. The pool was also very popular. The kitchen was well stocked, the only thing missing was an ice maker. It wasn't an issue, just needed to stock up on ice regularly.

Great access to the beach. House was comfortable for all 20 of us. Maintenance came right away to solve a toilet issue. Area of improvement: more bath towels for 20 people. Add a colander to the kitchen. doesn't everyone cook pasta at the beach?

Great house and location

This was a fantastic property! The kitchen was pretty well stocked with utensils and several great gathering spaces inside and outside of the house. Location was amazing as it was just across the street from beautiful white sand beaches!

Perfect Location

If you are looking for a place SUPER close to the beach… THIS. IS. IT!!!!!! Had a great stay and plenty of room for a family of 10 adults, 1 teen and 1 toddler. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for a large family, which is rare! Whoever wants to wake up with the sun needs to sleep in the master! Highly recommend and would absolutely book again!

A perfect getaway!

This property was true to its advertisement. It fit our family perfectly and no one felt overcrowded. The location was amazing with its close beach access. There was not a bad view in any room from this property.

Inside is beautiful but outside needs TLC.

We stayed here with family. 10 adults and 3 babies. The house is large with enough room for all comfortably. Right across from the beach was ideal with the kids. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the items we needed. Linens were plentiful and great quality. The outside of the house does not compare to the inside. First item that needs addressed is the outside shower. There is no drain or working hose to spray off the green slime that forms on the concrete creating a slipping hazard which happened several times during our stay. More pool chairs are needed. Only 4 for a house that sleeps many more. The gates and door locks need tightened or repaired. The yard it still full of construction debris from the hurricane including a large window frame sticking out of the sand. Sand needs shovels from the driveway and walkways. We had a great time but the house needs some extra care outside to match the comfort of the inside.

Perfect location but...

House looked beautiful online but run down in person. Scuffs everywhere, spackled holes that weren't painted, dirty windows and glass in French doors, broken fence doors etc. Most disappointing of all, pool was dirty, cloudy (film at bottom) because water level was so low that it wasn't even being filtered. Pool guy came 2nd day, threw chemicals in and it still never cleared up. Dishwasher was broken, repairman came 2nd day and worked on it, said it was fixed and left. Ran it and dishes were all still dirty, so dishwasher stayed broken the whole visit. For this price point, more of an effort should be made BEFORE renters arrive. Too many issues like this seems like its run by a cheap agency that cuts corners. Read the Google reviews for Gulf Coast Getaways.

Spring break trip

The booking was easy!! The place had a lot of space, if we needed something, which wasn’t much but they responded quickly. Such a quick walk to the beach. Would highly recommend it for a large group.
