“We had a great stay! The house was clean and spacious. Loved the outdoor setup.”

“To start property manager is very quick to respond and address any issues. This house had black mold coming out AC vents, the closet in the bedroom with two beds has mold along the roof, the AC closet has mold everywhere as well. We pointed this out and the manager came and did visual inspection and submitted for maintenance. He offered full refund as they could not get the issues addressed until the day we were leaving. Unfortunately no other properties were available as it was the 4th of July....

“The stairs were biggest problem as I am 75 but we took bottom level so we didn't have to carry bags up steps the one sand dune going to beach was a chore worked well with families being separate areas”

“715 Ariola was perfect for our large family. Cherie was very accommodating. This house has been lived in and feels welcoming. Do not expect a perfect, pristine atmosphere. This place is made for fun. The location is ideal and the amenities are perfect for families and kids.”

Very quiet neighborhood.Rental was clean and extremely well presented.10/10 stay.I do think that the two beds up top in the loft should become 1 king sized bed and a pull out sleeper sofa.”

“It was a nice little place for me and my husband. We really enjoyed ourselves while there. We were buying a house so didn’t get to really enjoy all the area had to offer. Very close to Gulf Breeze and very easy to get from one place to the other.”
