“Good property, closse to the beach. Check in was easy and good communication from the owner. Things that could use improvment. Cleaning of oven, microwave and fans (little details). Kitchen: Excessive pot and pans, most are in bad shape and need to be replaced (toxic).Love that the light switches were labeled. Please consider something similar for the kitchen utensils/appliances/ect. Backyard looked overgrown. The roof patio deck was amazing. Loved the outdoor shower, being able to rinse...

“The property is very nice and clean. Lots of space, kitchen is full of amenities. The only comment I have, there is a step outside that if you don't know about it or you forgot, you can break your leg. My suggestion will be to make a ramp. Also, we know it's Florida, but we saw a few cockroaches, may be sending exterminator will be a good idea.Thank you for the nice place, we really enjoyed staying at your place.”

“This was an awesome home. About 475 steps from the door to the ocean. It was located perfectly. Tons to do and see. I’m telling all my family to stay here. ”

“Very nice, quiet location, sunset view were fantastic. Water access was a major plus. Only minor thing was that the outdoor grill was missing parts, I had to put a roaster pan under it to catch drippings. Overall it was as advertised. Would book again!!!!”
