Designed with large groups in mind, this multi-level beach vacation rental exudes a laid-back coastal charm and vibrant energy, meticulously crafted to deliver the ultimate getaway experience. Each level features spacious balconies furnished with ample seating, offering ideal spots for relaxation and soaking in the coastal ambiance.

As you step inside the primary floor, you'll be greeted by a bright, airy living space adorned with tasteful coastal decor and an oversized L-shaped couch, destined to become your crew’s favorite spot for unwinding and socializing.

The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and ample counter space, perfect for whipping up delicious meals to enjoy at the dining table or outside on the breezy balcony.

The primary floor also hosts two guestrooms, each furnished with queen-size beds and their own bathrooms. Ascend to the third floor to discover the primary bedroom and wet bar. The primary bedroom features a plush king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, balcony access with breathtaking Gulf views, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with a jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. Adjacent to the primary bedroom is the fourth bedroom, outfitted with two sets of bunk beds – one with two full-size beds and the other with two twin-size beds. Additionally, a convenient wet bar with a small fridge and a spacious patio deck with lounge chairs offer the perfect combination for a day of fun in the sun.

For added convenience, a washer and dryer are provided for your use during your stay.

We understand that pets are family too! Don’t leave your furry friend behind – we welcome small pets weighing 25lbs or less (associated fees apply).

Casa Azul is the perfect place to stay for the whole family! This was our first family vacation with the grandkids and fun was had for all! The sunsets were amazing and the location is great!

Great Family Vacation Spot

We really enjoyed the property. We were a family of nine including grandparents, grown children and grandchildren. We enjoyed all of the outdoor seating areas and the closeness to the beach.It was a very nice area and close to everything we needed as far as restaurants, entertainment for the grandkids, and grocery needs. Carrie was a pleasure to work with, always prompt with responses to my many questions. I would book the property again.

Family vacation

Great location! The property does need a lot of TLC, tons of things that need to be fixed! Unfortunately fish tank their didn’t have fish in it, very disappointed grandkids, they said it was broken, kind of a theme for this property! But overall we had a wonderful family vacation ! We loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom!

Casa Azul is the perfect location for a getaway from hustle bustle. If you want to stock up the home and not leave for a week then this is the place for you. All of the dining options are located by the bridge which is a few miles away. A trolley runs from 4pm-12 which we used to get there and that was fun. On the beach was a vball court the kids enjoyed. Easy access to beach just across the street. A buggy to carry items would have been nice-bring your own if you need it. I would’ve given the home a 5 but it smelled a little musty so for me that knocked it to a 4. Of course the beach’s and water are unbeatably beautiful. The bay access is just as easy only 1 block away!

Vaca Time

In town for a family member's weddings. It was planned since last year so me and 6 other family members found this place on vrbo. We ended up with 8 family members staying instead of 12. The house slept 8 easily and could of slept 12. The neighborhood was excellent and beach access right across the street. The house was only 4 min from the beach wedding site and 10 min from the reception site which were all on what I call beaches row. The only draw back that I have is not related to the beautiful house, but to parking in town. We were only 7 min from eateries and shopping but parking and traffic was a nightmare especially on weekends. The house is gorgeous and well kept and we all enjoyed our stay

Wonderful place to stay!!

This was an excellent location and home to stay for our trip! We had 14 people staying and it worked out great. Easy access to the beach and great distant to anything we needed. The communication with the property manager was great and quickly responded to anything we needed. Unfortunately there weren't any beach chairs when we arrived as stated but the property manager worked quickly to get us some chairs while we were there. The chairs they delivered to us weren't beach chairs which was unfortunate but camping chairs so make sure you bring your own beach chairs with you. The 2nd refrigerator was not working and they were unaware of that until I notified them. We made it work though. Overall I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great home and great location

Clean, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, modern amenities, and the beach is extremely close. Walking over even with three little ones and a cart filled with beach gear is just a few minutes. The community is very nice and quiet and the rental process end-to-end couldn't be easier. This was our second time visiting and we'll definitely be back.

Florida Retreat

We had a great time at this house! The option to have a pool so close by was such a benefit. Since the week that we stayed there was a ton of seaweed in the water on the beach. Having a shower at the house outside and a grill available downstairs was also an additional benefit. The house was beautiful. The checkin process was super easy. The only thing I would say it's at the couches probably do need to be replaced, as we kept sliding off of them.

Great vacation stay!

There were 13 of us in our group (7 adults & 6 kids ages 0-12). The house had great space. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio every morning drinking our coffee. The house is right across the street from the beach which was one of the best features. We also went to the community pool several times. It's not a large pool but the kids enjoyed it. The only downfall was that I found the bed to be very hard and uncomfortable. We cooked dinner at the house a few nights and it had everything we needed to prepare food. Overall I would definitely recommend this house. Thank you for a great vacation and wonderful memories on Pensacola Beach!

Great for family

Quiet place, near the beach with easy access to it. My elderly parents where with us and we were able to take them to the beach with minimal problems. Nice kitchen with all needed appliances and cook wear.

Great place

My brother and buddies rented this place for a guys long weekend. The house was super nice and we really enjoyed our stay. There was only 2 big draw backs. Other than the fridge, there was not a pantry to keep food so we had to keep everything on the counter. Second, the couches weren’t big enough to accommodate everyone. Despite those 2 little things, fantastic place and it’s not too bad of a walk to the beach
