    Din familj kommer att njuta av denna ljusa och härliga fyra sovrum, tre-bads Gulf View fritidshus. Passande namn, The Hip * Nautic, med nya bambu trägolv i hela vardagsrummen och rikliga fönster ger den tropiska stranden inställning och komfort önskad när du bor på stranden. Dessutom är detta hem nytt för hyresprogrammet, så alla sängkläder och inredning är helt nya och perfekta efter en lång dag.

    För att blötlägga i solsken och salt luft finns det stora höjda däck på södra och östra sidorna av hemmet samt stora gräsbevuxna gräsmattor för uteservering. Det finns också en asfalterad strandbana som leder direkt till bukten från hemmet vilket gör det bekvämt för familjer med barn eller helt enkelt rullar dina leksaker och kylare.

    Inuti hemmet ligger matsalen till höger när du kommer in i hemmet och det välutrustade köket skiljer vardagsrummen. Familjen vardagsrummet ligger strax bakom köket och erbjuder till och med en våt bar med underkylskåp och ismaskin för underhållande. Uppsättningen med fyra sovrum är idealisk för flera familjer eller vuxna privatliv. Det stora sovrummet med king size-säng och platt-TV ligger i västra hörnet av hemmet med stort master badrum. Det finns två drottning sovrum på varje sida av hemmet och baden är bekvämt beläget mellan båda. Ett drottning sovrum ligger nära befälhavaren och har ett badrum intill. Den andra drottning sovrummet känns som en andra mästare som innehåller en platt skärm och ligger bredvid våningssäng rum med en tvilling över full våningssäng med tvilling trissa.

    Detta hem erbjuder garage och ytterligare parkering utanför garaget för fyra till sex bilar på betongparkeringsplattan. För inomhusunderh����llning finns det smart-tv-apparater och blu-ray-spelare och ett ping-pongbord för familjeturneringar!

Easy walk to the beach and a great pool! The only MINOR downside was the deck had some unevenness in the boards and I worried about little toes getting stubbed....like I said, minor.

The home has everything we needed and was a perfect set-up for the gathering. We really enjoyed the open floorplan, convenient sparkling pool, and close proximity to the beach(just a 5 minute walk till toes in the water). This was our second trip to this particular home and we're talking about booking it again for next year while there's still availability! We appreciate letting us rent your beautiful home and look forward to next time, thanks!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is great, open living space and outdoor deck provides plenary of space to spread out, and beds are comfortable. However, the place has some weaknesses: two of three bathroom fans inoperable, pool is not heated (unusable in early April even for kids), not one baking dish, broom but no dustpan to pick up dirt, the only screened windows are not to be opened so the only fresh air coming in is by opening doors which let bugs in.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a great trip but had several issues with the house. Air condition went out but the property management team were quick to get someone out to fix it. Front door was hard to open and close as well as the dresser in master bedroom. Grill burners need to be replaced. Loved the pool and it came in handy with rough conditions at the beach.

Good stay and location but noisy beds.

We really liked the location and the interior space. Please note beds are very noisy and sound like laying on plastic. They have box springs. Every time someone moves they make a noise. We checked them all and only the bunk bed was on a hunky board and didn’t s heal. It says it’s sleep 10-12 people but but I would say only 8. They offered roll away. Which I can’t imagine those being comfortable. The layout is great for lots of people.

Easy Location

Reviewer Comments: This layout of this home was very comfortable for our family of 7 adults and 2 babies. They have definitely been remodeling parts of this home to bring it more up to date. The kitchen/wet bar area worked well. Master bathroom is nicely updated but the other two bathrooms are not. They redid the decking on the wrap around porch and have newer outdoor furniture which is better than the pictures. The kitchen cooking supplies are minimal-one potholder, no crockpot, no 9x13 pan. There are no stocked supplies. We loved having the pool and ping pong table to enjoy our time at the house. The walk to the beach was about 5 minutes and easy. The beach area is much less crowded than the ones at the ends of the street. Someone had left a beach wagon and a few chairs which were nice to use. Mattresses were not the greatest and very squeaky. Blinds on the windows are paper thin so if light bothers you, we recommend bringing some portable black out shades. Despite a few quirks, I would recommend this home!

The kitchen was spacious and perfect for cooking our Thanksgiving meal. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the kids spent hours downstairs playing ping pong. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Beach House, well equipped.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house has a very good kitchen setup with plenty of appliances and utensils. The beds were comfortable, and the A/C worked fine. The pool was OK. The dog had a nice area to roam around free next to the pool. The house was located one street over from a beautiful beach. We saw dolphins swim by one day. Waves were good on one day and tranquil on another depending on the tide and storms offshore. We used the beach chairs daily. The only thing we didn't like was the mildew smell that came up from the garage area. It was not so strong that it effected our allergies, but it did cause all our clothes to smell a bit mildewy. Overall, we had a great experience and if the mildew smell can be resolved I would give the place a 9 out of 10. But it gets an 8.

Weekend getaway

We had a lovely stay at this house with ample space and an easy walk to the beautiful beach. One suggestion would be to add hooks to the master bath. There was no place to hang a towel. But, it was a lovely, comfortable, clean house overall.
