  • NYTT RENOVERAD (12/2018) ... fräsch färg, ny matta, ny inredning och nytt sängkläder! Välkommen till Island View Home! Tre sovrum, två badrum hem. Pet-friendly, vacker utsikt över Santa Rosa Sound från wraparound back däck. 10 sovplatser med kung i mästare; drottning, två tvilling över hela våningssängar. I slutet av en solig dag på stranden finns underhållning för alla med plattskärms-TV i hela huset i alla rum. Njut av ditt morgonkaffe och frukost i det nyrenoverade solrummet precis utanför köket med härlig ljudutsikt, sedan cocktails och middag i slutet av dagen på det stora däck - grill medföljer.

    Ägaren har eftertänksamt tillhandahållit kajaker och cyklar för gästernas användning - njut av ett lugnt kajakäventyr på Santa Rosa Sound och dra nytta av cykelvägen som går längs Pensacola Beach. Var en av de första att hyra Island View Home, bara några kvarter från stranden.

Great Getaway

Very nice, new and welcoming! Entire process very easy. Great view of sunsets and sound off back deck. Very convenient to beach and other area attractions. Beach chairs umbrella and bikes as well as kayaks provided. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had an amazing time in the house. Beautiful view of the beach. My daughter fell in love with the house immediately 😊. The house has a very cozy feeling plus the view of the sun coming out or going in for the night priceless.

Good for the price

Close to the beach right on the main road. Wish we knew ahead of time that the room with the bunkbeds was on a separate floor. Not ideal when you have small children staying with you. House had everything you needed from cooking utensils to bikes, sand toys and kayaks.

Family Beach Get Away!

We really loved the house. Plenty of room for everyone. We loved the location because it gave us several options for entertainment. If we wanted to hang out in Santa Rosa sound without the waves and kayak or fish we could. If we wanted to head to the beach for the day we could. It came with everything we needed: beach chairs, toys, fishing poles, life jackets. It was also just far enough from the business, yet close enough to run up the street to eat and/or shop. Would recommend this place and for a family!

Most beach rentals don't have a view, but this one looks out over the bay, and is uncrowded because it's beside a hugh empty lot that is apparently a right-of-way. Just crois the street and walk one block to the beach. The deck on the house definitely needs to be upgraded. Don't walk on it barefoot! The lower floor needs a bathroom. But we still loved the place for its location.

Reviewer Comments: The home was exactly as advertised; beds were new, new appliances, very clean, beach just across the road, sound with beautiful sunsets off the back deck(very short walk), we brought 3 large dogs and their xpen-perfect, they have several very nice backpack type beach chairs, several bicycles, 2 baby gates, well stocked kitchen. It was the best rental we have ever experienced and are planning on reserving this house again. We have no complaints. Super dog friendly, worth the price! Easy check in and check out!

House for 10 but pots and pans not meant for cooking for 10. We purchased two new 14" frying pans and left them for he next guest. Air Conditioner did not keep the upstairs bedrooms cool enough.

Reviewer Comments: The house is close to everything and a great setup for 2 couples and children. Unfortunately it isn’t well cleaned. The bunk beds downstairs were not made and our bed had sand in it so I don’t think the sheets were cleaned. Multiple roaches also. We rent every year and this is the first bad experience with Paradise Beach Homes.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had high hopes. But somethings could be improved. There needs to be a lamp in the second bedroom. There should be a treatment to deal with the ant problem. Mow the grass before the occupants come. Fix the garage door so it opens correctly. Replace the blinds so they keep the light out - too far from the window. Secure the blind on the front door so it doesn't flop when you use the door.

Great vacay, house was descent.

The home was in a nice location being that the sound was right behind us. We enjoyed coffee out back only one morning due to the winds from Hurricane Ian the rest of the week. Nice to sit out back. The ocean was one street over so not a bad walk at all. Kayaks were provided at the home which was so nice! Two of the kids used them out on the sound one evening. VRBO gave me a name for a property manager and I reached out to him a few times with no response. So I called Paradise Beach Homes and dealt with them the rest of the time and they were great! I had read in previous reviews that the appliances were old and weren’t the best. I decided to hand wash the dishes because of this. We only used the stove for cooking and it was alright. The grill was used a few times and it worked well. We brought our small dog and there was some grass out front for him to walk in which was good. If you bring your dog though check for burs on their paws when they come back in. The last thing I will add is that I know FL has water bugs but this house may need to be sprayed again for them. Did not see any until our last night there but we saw quite a few. Overall, the house worked for our families needs for the week.
