This stunning periwinkle retreat is just steps from the sugar-white sands, offering breathtaking, uninterrupted views of both the Gulf and the peaceful Sound waters. This expansive four-bedroom, three-bath retreat sleeps up to 13 guests, with natural light pouring through walls of windows that frame water vistas in nearly every room. The master suite is a true coastal haven, featuring a king-sized bed overlooking the gulf, and a spa-inspired bathroom with a luxurious standalone soaking tub and walk-in shower. Each of the additional bedrooms is thoughtfully appointed, offering a variety of king, queen, and trundle-style sleeping arrangements. A queen sleeper sofa in the living area provides added flexibility, making the home ideal for families or groups seeking both space and serenity.

Designed for those with a taste for the exceptional, every bedroom has been individually curated with comfort and style in mind. At the heart of the third floor, a sun-drenched open-concept kitchen and living space invites guests to gather beneath vaulted, beamed ceilings, with a generous island, abundant seating, and panoramic views. The crown jewel of Gulfview Grandeur is the expansive rooftop terrace, where guests can take in sweeping, panoramic vistas of both the Gulf and the Sound. Visit the heart of Pensacola Beach to soak up some sun on the Emerald Coast. Stroll down the white sandy shore or the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk to taste a variety of fresh Gulf cuisine, explore multiple shopping destinations, enjoy live music during the summer at The Shell, or even rent scooters.

Take a scenic drive just minutes from your cozy vacation home down Santa Rosa Island to Fort Pickens, a historic defense fort established in the early 1800s. Those of all ages will love wandering through the multiple enduring corridors with rich stories to tell in this national park.

Downtown Pensacola will without a doubt charm you with its continuously emerging shopping, dining, nightlife, and historical experience opportunities. Kids will love the open spaces and playground areas, delicious candy shops, as well as fun museums. Catch a Blue Wahoos minor league baseball game or an Ice Flyers hockey game.
