With 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, our home will be the perfect getaway for you and your family! We can comfortably accommodate a family of 10 at Island SOS.

You’ll find whatever you may need in our kitchen, from a blender and a toaster to a drip coffee maker (we of course offer complimentary ground coffee and sugar).

⭐ PET FRIENDLY!

- Prior approval is kindly required. We allow up to 3 dogs for an additional fee of $150/pet/stay.
- Must be fully house-trained.
- Must be completely cleaned up after.
- Leashed at all times when not in a fenced area.
- Crated indoors when not home with the pet.
- If barking becomes an issue during your stay, alternative arrangements must be made.
- Not allowed on the indoor furniture, on the bedding, or in the hot tub.

⭐ Kindly Note!

- For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around the exterior of the house (located by the front door, overlooking the driveway, and in the garage). No inside cameras otherwise.

- Noise monitors inside and outside the house do not record voice or conversation, they only monitor decibels.

- We provide free parking on the premises (our driveway can fit up to 4 cars) plus an RV/Boat parking space.

- BBQ Grill and an empty extra propane tank are provided. Guest are responsible for exchanging the propane tank at the local stores for use.

- For your comfort, our home is treated quarterly by a professional pest control company. But given our tropical climate, you may still see the occasional bug. Please keep doors and screens closed to help prevent bugs from entering, as no compensation will be provided for any bugs that may come inside.

- Liability/Risk: The hosts/co-hosts are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while ON or OFF premises while using equipment provided as part of the rental, including but not limited to hot tubs, stairs or playsets. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and equipment taken off the premises. This also applies to others whom the guest invites to use the premises or equipment.
