We welcome you to our little Haven @ Port Side Villa! Our tranquil beachfront retreat offers the perfect panoramic views and direct access to pristine shores. This pet-friendly haven is perfect for families. Just step outside and sink your toes into the soft, sugar-white sands Beach. Enjoy the ease of being just steps away from the water, with stunning ocean views right from the windows. You can enjoy breakfast on the patio while watching the sunrise or watch the stars at night and let the clashing of the waves play music to your ears!
This unit #36 is a must see! With great views of the ocean from the master room, living room and kitchen areas.
Unit 36 @ Portside Villas is located at the extreme west end of the development. This town home offers an unobstructed view of the protected seashore to the southwest. This area of the beach is undeveloped and will stay that way. The owners spend lots of time and money selecting unique furnishings for this home.

If you are afraid of heights, we got you! This property is only 1 deck. To your right (facing the beach), you have no other buildings taking your views. You are close to dog beach as you possibly can! So enjoy all that and more!

The ground level garage offers parking for two vehicles. The living level offers the great room which is a combo living/dining/kitchen. This is a large well-equipped space. The master bedroom offers a king bed, private master bath and access to the Gulf front deck which can also be accessed from the living area. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, as well as bunks and shares a hall bathroom area. This home is pet-friendly for small dogs only (limit 2, close to Dog Beach). A one-minute walk across the dune walkover puts you directly on the white sands of beautiful Pensacola Beach. You can almost feel the sea spray from the balcony. Elevator not available for guests.

The dunes are high enough that you can't see the actual shoreline/waves lapping, but the water view is still gorgeous. You can still see boats going by and dolphins swimming past. Very peaceful! Most definitely pet friendly. Our Macy really enjoyed napping on the deck.

The location was perfect! Beautiful sunsets and easy access to the beach. Close enough to restaurants, the pier and we enjoyed going to Fort Pickens. The house was roomy and had everything we needed. Great layout, and the host was responsive to all of our questions-thank you, we will be back.

As a Pensacola native - Best location at Pensacola Beach - NO structures to the West - great sunsets, private, next to dog beach. Great restaurants a few minutes away. Next to Fort Pickens National Park. Will stay here again

This property needs lots of cleaning and has a very musty smell. The sofa is probably the must uncomfortable one I have ever sat on. However the walk out to the beach and water was very short.

Shhhhh! Don’t tell anyone, but this is our favorite PB condo, yet!

Staying at "Joe’s place" felt like staying at a friend’s house. It was super comfortable and he took care of every little detail. If you cook, you’ll love the kitchen. Each time I looked for a pot or utensil, it was there, even a steamer for our crab. He has salt and pepper and a few spices, but you’ll need to bring things like vegetable oil and special spices. Great coffee set up, too. Beds were firm, but turned out to be great for my back. Plenty of towels, including beach towels. Washer and dryer in the condo was very convenient. He also had a variety of beach toys and chairs. We enjoyed the volleyball, football and a kite! The condo is very roomy and easily accommodated the five of us and two dogs. The location can’t be beat. We thought we’d miss staying in town, but I found I prefer the smaller crowds and peaceful surroundings out here. It was a short bike ride or about 30-minute walk into town. (There’s a trolley stop just steps away, but it wasn’t running yet when we were there in mid-May.) Being so close to the dog beach also was a plus. Beach access was the best we’ve ever had. We never had any issues, but Joe responded quickly to all of my questions. Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful

This rental was perfect. The location was on the beautiful beach and next to the dog park which was important for our dog. It was close to the wharf and everything Pensacola beach has to offer. The blue angels went right by our patio low and slow. The host Joe was very helpful and pleasant. Everything was very clean and comfortable. I stayed at this property from April 5-19.

We loved that it was right on the beach, you can view the ocean from the deck and its an easy walk right to the water. You are as close to the dog beach as you possibly can be which is a plus.
