“We had a great time at the Hilton Pensacola beach! The hotel was a little dated but we loved the balcony and the room was spacious(floors were a bit dirty) ice maker didn't work on our floor but no big deal, staff was nice and had ample parking! Close to all the good restaurants and shopping! Over all it was a nice stay”

“The room and the property were great! Super clean and well maintained. Staff at the front desk was excellent. The only thing that was a little off putting was the lady with the long ponytail that immediately accosted me the moment I sat down in a chair by the pool bc I didn’t have my wristband on. She stood over me heavy breathing until I produced it and then told me to keep it where they could see it. Then she kept walking by and kicking pool floats in. “The property and the staff were amazing. Easy check in process and definitely was secure. The room was more than enough for us and the amenities that the condo and property itself was great! We have definitely found a regular vacation spot from now on! ”

“The floor was filthy. There was sand everywhere. The washer and dryer need proper maintenance performed. It took several cycles to get the laundry clean and dry. The kitchen did not have everything necessary to cook and the dishes had not been washed prior to our arrival.
