Excellent WiFi. 2 parking spots included & street parking available. Washer & dryer.

Perfect for families or couples! Lots of privacy and each bedroom has its own bathroom attached. Excellent WiFi throughout the home makes it perfect for guests traveling for work.

There a private balcony off the master suite with seating.

-65 inch smart TV that is capable with Netflix, Hulu, Etc (just use your log in.)

-High quality "Everyone" brand shampoo and body wash
-Parking accommodates two cars and street parking is available around the property.
-Well stocked kitchen with supplies for all your cooking needs
-Dining area seats 6 (4 at the table and 2 at the island)
-pack n play, kid dishes, games, toys, etc.
-Due to local laws or HOA ordinances, all guests must be 21 years or older. Any guest under 21 must be accompanied by a legal guardian or parent for their entire stay. You agree to provide identification when requested.
-You understand that there is a detached garage/apartment behind the main house that has a long term tenant. This is not part of your rental. She uses the same gate to enter the property but her unit is completely detached.
-Absolutely no smoking anywhere inside or outside the home
-No additional guests at any time beyond who is listed in the booking without prior approval
-No parties or events
-Wash any used dishes or start dishwasher
-We are not responsible for any items left behind after you check out. If you realize something is missing, we will do out best to get it back to you. If found, we will charge a minimum $25 fee for shipping and handling (depending on the size of the item.) Or you may have someone pick it up in person.

The townhome was immaculate, bright and has been newly remodeled. Beds, pillows and furniture were comfortable. Having three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms worked perfectly. The host was truly wonderful in all interactions and helped out tremendously with accommodating a couple timing requests. The responsiveness was quick and always positive. Highly recommend this property as I chose it for cleanliness and newness and it exceeded my expectations.

The house was very clean and fully stocked with necessary items, the host was very quick to respond every time I had any questions. Each room had its own attached bathroom which was very convenient for our family. The only minor issue we experienced was that the neighborhood was unexpectedly busy and noisy for the first couple of days due to a road construction project beside the house and a detour that initially caused traffic to be diverted towards the street. The high traffic and noise issues were no longer present once the street was closed to traffic. I would definitely recommend the house for anyone visiting the area.

Excellent choice

Awesome Stay!

Better than described! House was immaculateSPOTLESS! The kitchen was well stocked, more so than other places we’ve stayed at. Communication with the owner was with quick responses and detailed expectations. The mattress” and the pillows were absolutely AMAZING! I’m buying the pillows for our home! We loved it and we will absolutely be back! Thank Ypu!

Amazing stay in Pensacola

This property is extraordinary. It was clean. It was close to everything walking distance to restaurants at shops and the owner was absolutely amazing.
