“It’s a cute little tiny house but it is not in the best area of town. It’s in a more rundown area. Not overly far from beach but not super close either. It had everything I needed for a long weekend…. Anyone over the height of 5’6 would not be comfortable in the bed loft area… I was barely able to sit up without touching ceiling…. Nicely decorated cute little place overall.”

“We needed an extra night in the area before members had to fly out to Germany. This place was fantastic. Karen was awesome to work with and made everything easy for an old guy like me who is not so tech savy! We will look for this place again as needed.”

“We had a GREAT stay at Kozy on Kipling! The one level townhome was perfect for our needs, a short drive to good restaurants and shopping, if you forgot anything. We loved the layout with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, separated from each other by the kitchen/dining/living areas to allow for individual space. The house was very clean, well-maintained and comfortable for our needs.”

“excellent location, 8 adults, used grill w/ excellent kitchen, except coffee maker (Bunn) - could not get it to function. Great deck, bedrooms , bathrooms - all perfect. Never felt crowded. All beds - extremely comfortable ! Kitchen well supplied W/ all necessary utensils. Didn't use TV's - because other people were on the network (too many users)”

“We enjoyed location. Teens enjoyed loft upstairs and separate space with their own full bathroom. Be prepared no closets. Should get rack in laundry room or rooms. We were 8 people in town for wedding and events with no where to hang multiple days of nice clothing. Other than that, home was great, backyard enjoyable and peaceful, stones throw from amazing Italian restaurant, quick walk to coffee shop diner and Krispy Kreme and 5 min drive from downtown which is where all our events took place....

The home was well equipped and in a great location with a quick drive to beach access. Its only a mile to the beach, so easy to walk there too. We will definitely keep The Copacabana House in mind for the future!”

“I stayed here for a girls trip. It is about 2 blocks from the ocean. The pool in the back is nice. It is a quiet area with a short drive to nearby shops and restaurants. Owner was quick to respond to messages. I do wish they supplied more toilet paper and towels. The loft is a little scary to climb into. Lots of stairs in and out of the home so be prepared if you have trouble climbing steps. Overall a fun stay.”

“I stayed here with my two kiddos and we absolutely loved it. The bungalow was super cute and comfortable, the kids loved playing in the water and jumping from the pier. The neighborhood is nice, quiet and we had everything we needed. Groceries, public beach, state park, shopping, all just a short drive away. Would definitely stay again in the future.”
