Forget all the busy streets and noises of the crowded beach front life, we have the best country style living in the city. Tons of great places to eat and visit. Grocery store within walking distance. Bring your family and enjoy the Park just a few blocks away, or relax in your private backyard with large Grill and deck with table and chairs . Great clean and quite neighborhood. Close to Downtown, Restaurants, Shopping and a Short Drive to The Beach. Enjoy the unique entertainment/events that Beautiful Historic East Hills has to offer. Charming Cottage style home, with original hardwood floors throughout. Bathrooms have all been updated, large bedrooms and closets, with extra storage in the Laundry Room. This cozy home has all new appliances and amenities. New remote controlled lights. Antique and art style decor throughout the home complete 2 master bedrooms one with a king Size bed and the other with a queen bed. The third bedroom features a full and a twin bed. Enjoy an entire home to yourself costing way less than a one bedroom hotel room.

Great place to stay with dogs. Location is fantastic! Great neighborhood… safe and quiet. You can walk to the dog beach (also very cool) and are minutes away from the best of Pensacola. The only negatives… the property is a little tired, not run down but very functional. For all the rules about using & cleaning the grill… there were no grill tools or brush & it is rusting from the inside out. That being said… I would stay there again.

This is our second stay at this property. We love the East Hill neighborhood and the affordable accommodation near the beautiful beaches. The home is clean, the beds comfy and we love the backyard for our 2 pups. Also, the host is kind and quick to respond. We will stay again when we return to Pensacola!

My family rented this property for the Books by the Bay event in Pensacola. The house is in a lovely neighborhood very close to the park. The property itself is great. It’s very clean and easy to live in. Communication with the host was great!

The mattresses on all the beds were outdated and no support at all. There were multiple places in the home that has open gaps in corners or walls. The tack strip into the kitchen has exposed metal staples. Without knowing this it punctured my foot. We covered it up with a rug from nearby. The refrigerator is sitting in the packing material and not on the floor. This is a nice location, but the home needs multiple updates to make it an excellent property.

Actually we needed the heat it was a cold spring break. But the heat worked great and the extra blankets were a plus. The plastic on the one mattress was frustrating because it made so much noise and that mattress was also too soft for our liking. the master bed was nice and we didn't use the third room with the two beds. It was nice and close to everywhere we had to go.

The host was GREAT! The location was PEFECT for our stay. Close to a neighborhood market and just a couple of blocks from a lovely park. East Hill is a lovely area and the dogs enjoyed the fenced back yard. Its totally convenient to just about anywhere and we found the pricing to be very very fair and affordable for a longer stay. We will definitely book again when we return to Pensacola. It was simple to get in and out and there is a nice big table in the backyard to sit and eat or have coffee and watch the dogs. Lots of joggers and walkers - its a good area for that. LOVED IT!

Good stuff first. Beautiful, safe area! Great showers, comfortable beds, cool AC, nice washer and dryer. However, the dish washer was broken, there were dirty dishes in the cabinet when we arrived, and wobbly barstools.

First time VRBO customer

Check in and out was excellent. The dishwasher was out of order, but not a big deal. The hot water knob on the bathtub was not working but the manager responded quickly and her and her husband worked on it for over an hour and replaced the broken parts. The neighbors we met were very friendly. Overall our experience was very good.
