Sunshine Beach House - Private Pool - 5 minute walk to beaches - Pet friendly

Sunshine Beach House is a 3 bedroom 2 bath single family cottage (sleeps 8) on Pensacola Beach just waiting for your arrival. With only steps from public access to Santa Rosa Sound (on the north side) and a short jaunt to the Gulf of Mexico (on the south side), you have the best of both beaches!

The house is cozy (990 square feet) and the kitchen is well stocked. Don't forget the private heated pool (no charge for up to 6 hours of heat per day), regulation size sand volleyball court, and charcoal grill. Beach chairs and towels are provided also. You will love hanging out on the back deck that extends the entire length of the house.

We have a super fast Internet connection (1 gigabyte download) and a streaming Roku television in each bedroom and the living room. We DO NOT CHARGE A CLEANING FEE or ask for you to do any crazy chores.

NEW front and back yard landscaping completed January 2024. See the last photo for what it now looks like!

Bring your family, friends and pets to enjoy all that Pensacola Beach has to offer at the Sunshine Beach House.

By the way, we also own and rent the blue house next door at 1202 Panferio Drive (VRBO 2358460) if you need more space!

Husregler

No dogs in the pool. The dog hair clogs the filter which will burn up the pool equipment.
Absolutely no smoking inside the house. If smoking in the house is discovered, a fine of $500 will be applied.
Pool heat and pump are controlled by the owner remotely. Do not attempt to turn either on or off on without prior permission. $500 fine if violated.

We had a fantastic stay! The host was extremely helpful and knowledgeable relaying info about the area, because it was our first trip to Pensacola. In addition, he was very timely on responses to any questions or concerns regulating the property. The house and property was clean and accurately reflected the listing description. We would love to come back and stay making this a regular place for vacationing and holidays.

Everything was great! Loved the backyard for my dog and the heated pool. It is located in a nice neighborhood and it was just a couple minutes across the road to the beach. Perfect for a family even though I was there alone.I have several friends with kids that wanted their information on the house.

We had a great time staying at this property. Nice little home close to everything. Short 3 - 4 block walk to the beach which felt very private. Property manager was very responsive. We had everything we needed and property was as described in the listing. We would consider staying here again in the future! Our family loved the Sunshine Beach house! The walk to the beach was only 5 minutes and the home was stocked with beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, and even a wagon to load everything into so we didn’t have to carry anything. The stairway across the street going into the water was an ideal spot to drink my morning cup of coffee. The swing in the back by the pool was everyone’s favorite spot to hang out! My family will definitely be staying here again!

Relaxing Getaway

Our stay was beyond everything that we needed. It was just 3 of us and we had plenty of room. We enjoyed early mornings and nights on the front deck. Mid afternoons and nights we enjoyed the back deck and the pool. We were about a 5 minute walk to the beach. It did rain a couple of times but cleared up in the evening. It was nice to take a golf cart ride to restaurants and other attractions. The golf cart company only takes tips. The gentlemen was extremely nice and courteous. We're thinking about making it our annual trip! Mr Rushing was a great host and checked on us periodically. Thank you for an amazing stay!!!

Relaxing!

This house has so much! Beautiful pool, beach volleyball, beach chairs, and a relaxing place to stay away from the excitement of downtown area. It is about a 10 minute drive to restaurants. Golf cart services are available on the beach (for tips). This house is located just a very short walk to a quiet beach. Looking forward to another trip!

Beach Time

We had a wonderful stay! It was a quiet neighborhood and just a short walk to the beach. The outdoor space and pool were the best part. The owner was quick to respond with info and any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again.
