Takvåningsenhet. Endast 40 lägenheter i hela komplexet så det finns alltid sittplatser vid poolen och gott om plats på stranden. Du kan njuta av din vistelse utan att oroa dig för att rädda en plats vid poolen eller få en bra plats längs havet. Dessa lägenheter har en 1500 kvadratmeter balkong som går runt hela utsidan av enheten med fantastisk utsikt över stranden och vikområdena. Varje rum har tillgång till balkong så att alla kan njuta av balkongen när som helst.

Sovrummet har fönster från mark till tak för att du kan ligga i sängen och titta på vågorna rulla in. Master-badrummet har en ångdusch som är fantastisk.

Sovrumskonfigurationen är som följer. 2 rum har king size-sängar och 2 rum har queen size-sängar. Soffan har en sovhytt i Serta. Varje rum har eget badrum.

Kontakta Capt om du letar efter djuphavsfiske. Brando vid behov. fiska och berätta för honom att Mickey skickade dig. De har en ny 42 'Freeman med 4 350 hk Mercury-motorer. Det är den snabbaste och mest bekväma båten för dagsutflykter.

Our family of 11 stayed here, and we enjoyed this condo so much! It was spacious enough for the adults and kids to have their own space. The views were great. The beds were comfortable! We would definitely stay here again.

This property is off the charts for comfort, convenience, being in a quiet area and easy access to the beach!! The spacious unit is well equipped with all the essentials and comfy beds. This was our second stay in the Mediterranean, but our first stay in this unit, with Mickey Letson. I’ll say the entire process was super easy. After we made the initial reservation, we had a couple questions to help us prepare for the trip and Mickey communication was incredible. Check-in was a breeze, unit was as pictured and described and nothing short of impressive. The penthouse view was absolutely incredible. The never crowded beach was super nice as well. Had a couple questions for Mickey during our stay and messaged him through VRBO and he answered in minutes. We’re planning on booking another trip soon. 5 star experience all the way. Thank you Mickey, for allowing us to rent your condo.

These condos are in the perfect spot with access right on the beach. You can walk to the flora bama and Waffle House for meals and entertainment and never need to drive anywhere. Everything was clean and beautiful, and really helpful to have a full bathroom in each room my family stays at the condos yearly and we have never been disappointed! By far the best place to stay :)

This is the nicest rental property we have ever stayed in. Everything was so clean and it is so spacious. My husband and I, my three adult children their spouses and my two grandkids were all there. Plenty of room for all of us especially in the kitchen. The views were incredible. Every room had its own door to step out onto the balcony. Perfect beach access. With Florabama being right next door the music was great while you were on the beach. We made some great memories there and will definitely go back next year. We did have a couple of questions while we were there and the owner responded within 10 minutes.

We get in the elevator and it’s air conditioned- not smelly, not musty and not damp. Wow! This was my first glimpse into the amazing condo/unit we were getting ready to see and live in for the next 6 days. The condo was huge! The appliances and the decor were top of the line. The view from every balcony was spectacular. We sat facing the bay and were treated to live music from the Flora-bama establishment across the street as we viewed a beautiful sunset. In the morning sitting on the gulf side balcony we watched multiple pods of dolphins swim by as we are treated to a gorgeous sunrise. The space inside allowed for our group to be all together when we wanted whether it was sitting eating dinner or relaxing in the evening playing games, watching movies while we sat in the family room/den. There was room for all the pantry food items we brought, as well as refrigerated and frozen items. Space was more than ample- spacious. Did I mentioned the master suite. Ceiling to floor windows looking out to the beach and gulf while you lounge in one of the plush chairs facing the windows or sitting at the desk reading or journaling. The bathroom has a extra large closet with a dresser inside, a separate toilet area, double sinks/vanity, a huge walking shower with a tiled seat/ledge to take advantage of the steam feature and other shower jets. Rather have a long soak? There also is jacuzzi tub. Lastly- the smoker in the balcony - what a treat. Not a dream but a glorious reality!

We had a wonderful stay! This condo was the perfect place to spend a week with our four-generation family! The location of the condo was convenient to all restaurants and stores while still in an area that isn’t congested or busy with traffic. As far as the condo itself, it has an amazing setup for families. The balcony wraps around the entire condo and gives every bedroom personal access. It is equipped with everything you will need for the trip! The pools (huge bonus that there is an inside and outside pool!), elevators, gym, etc. were never crowded and made it incredibly easy to navigate around the property. The owner was extremely easy to reach and answered all questions immediately. We will absolutely be staying at this property again!

The condo is in a great location! Great spot on the beach—not terribly crowded. The tower is next door to the FloraBama, but has a buffer condo so the noise won’t keep you awake. Across the street from a Waffle House and the FloraBama Yacht Club restaurant. The balcony has a view of the ocean, the pool and the bay.
