“Nothing was cleaned properly. Silverware in drawers with food on them, the bathtub had actively pink and black mold growing in it, the halls smelled. They advertised a pool and fitness center, charged me for it, and when I got there it was exactly as described. I woke up the next morning and they had BUILT WALLS where there was prevously doorways and everything was under construction for the next 4 months. My July 5-July 17th dates of course started the construction. They have been actively...

“You get charged extra to park and to get in the pool if there are more than 2 guests. Other than that it was clean and a safe area. The check in was a bit challenging because it's a big place and it's hard to know where the front desk is if you don't go straight to it.”

“Clean, well maintained property.”

“Great beds. Thank you. Lovedall the flowers outside”

“Being so close to the Crystal City Metro Hub makes this a convenient, family-friendly place to stay. The apartment is beautiful and has all the amenities. This is great for business trips or a family vacation.”

Turns out that “staff” was cleaning another Vrbo across the hall. Finally in the apartment at 5:10 and told by staff that one shower drain did not...

“The apt was clean and well equipped. We spoke a couple of times with the host and it was always smooth and easy. Very well located as well”

“I don’t normally do reviews but I want to take the time for this property. I stayed at this property for 10 days so I got a very good feel for the good, the bad, and the ugly. The GOOD: the property is clean, spacious and has some updated features like a smart TV. It is centrally located to restaurants and shopping. Also, although the building concierge is not directly part of the rental they were fantastic! The BAD: the property had areas of musty smells (by the front door and as you walk into...
